Situated on over 5 acres, this darling 2 bedroom, 2-1/2 bath farmhouse was once a barn! This spacious home has an open floor plan and boasts almost 2000 square feet. Enjoy all the modern conveniences you need while feeling like you are a million miles away from the city. Both bedrooms have their own private adjoining bathrooms. Full kitchen with all the amenities, including stainless steel appliances and an island with a second sink. Smart TVs/Wifi provided and the living room sofa pulls out into a queen size bed for additional sleeping space. Take in beautiful sunsets with full mountain views from the west side of the house and enjoy the peace and quiet of country living (and you just may hear the sounds of neighboring horses neighing and goats bleating!). Just minutes to E470 (toll road), restaurants, shopping and retail; 30 minutes to Denver International Airport and downtown Denver; less than an hour to Colorado Springs and just over an hour to the nearest ski resorts. Your home away from home! Come stay!

An oasis of calm amid the hustle and bustle of Denver

Our family loved spending time at the farmhouse. It is spacious, comfortable, and has everything you need. The quiet and serene setting was the icing on the cake. The kitchen is well stocked for preparing basic meals. There's a Trader Joe's, King Sooper's, and Costco within a 10 minute drive, as well as many restaurants. The beds were comfortable with nice linens. We enjoyed the sunsets in the evening, and watching the horses in the morning. Nice place for walking. We would definitely stay here again on future trips to the Denver area.

Wonderful Week in Colorado

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Farmhouse! It was very clean and the floor plan was perfect for our group of 4. The location in Parker was great for us to be able to visit many different places in Colorado. It snowed on and off throughout the week and they kept the drive plowed so we didn’t have an issue coming and going. Shannon and Kevin were very easy to communicate with and answered any questions we had quickly. *The beds were very comfortable!If we are ever back in this area we would love to stay here again.

Our wintery wonderland at the Farmhouse was unparalleled! 40th Birthday Surprise

We had an AMAZING stay here for my husband’s 40th birthday. The owners were more than helpful and available for any questions or needs we had. They even cleared the driveway of snow before we headed out for the day. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Perfection

Loved the place! It's designed for travelers. Two bedrooms with separate baths and a large living area to convene for conversations and game nights. The view is great, and you feel like you are in the country - but civilization is nearby and it's only a couple of minutes to the nearest Target, Walgreens or whatever other needs you have. We have family in the area, so we'll definitely be back!!

Fabulous house.

The house is furnished beautifully and not “cheap”. It is very comfortable with everything we needed. The view is outstanding with deer and horses on the countryside. The house is only a few minutes from downtown Parker, lots of restaurants and coffee shops. We were here to attend the Nutcracker at the Pace Center and it took only about 7 minutes to get there.

Parker Colorado Farmhouse

A Wonderful Property! You can enjoy quiet Seclusion only minutes from freeway, shopping and services. The Property is well maintained, Clean, updated, and comfortable. 2 Bedrooms with full bath in each Kitchen , eating and living area combined in Well Done Open Concept. The house is located on the property of the owners, but once inside you cannot even SEE the main house and the view is spectacular! The owners were easy to communicate with, responsive thru VRBO and while we stayed there. We look forward to staying with them again

Wonderful!

Everything was perfect! The view is nice. We enjoyed watching the horses while sitting on the porch. We took a walk and watched the chickens. Everything was clean and as expected. We could have used more towels. We have family about 10 minutes away so it was convenient.

Highly Recommend

This property is nicer than the pictures convey - and the pictures are very nice. There’s just no way to convey through the photos how peaceful and welcoming this home is. You pull up to the rear of the home to park, but once inside your stress level plummets. My mornings sitting on the porch, enjoying the scenery along with coffee and a book, were so peaceful. The beds are comfortable with nice linens. The water pressure for showers is great. I’ll be staying here again on my next trip to Colorado. There’s no need to risk being disappointed elsewhere when this home offers everything, along with wonderful hosts.
