Enjoy an unforgettable vacation at our lovely beach house named the LIONFISH INN located in the upscale community of Grande Pointe in Inlet Beach moments from the sugar-white sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico in South Walton and to Lake Powell, a rare coastal dune lake. Tucked away just north of Scenic Highway 30A, this lovely decorated, 3-bedroom, 2.5 bath home has a delightful two-story floor plan with two covered porches.

As you enter, you will find 10-ft. ceilings and beautiful hardwood floors throughout the common areas with plush carpet in the bedrooms. The kitchen has been designed with the gourmet chef in mind with granite counter-tops and stainless steel appliances including Electrolux stove and oven. The home has the perfect design on a rare expansive corner lot with parking on a brick paved driveway. The bathrooms feature tile and granite with a bathtub and shower combination in the full guest bathroom and a walk-in shower in the master ensuite. The master bedroom is spacious and has exclusive access to a private covered balcony. Brand new electric, 6-person golf cart available for guests.

Summer Beach Vacation

Great time had at the Lionfish Inn. Beautiful property, very clean. Easy access to the beach directly across 98. Took the bikes several times to 30A, which is definitely the best way to get there and not have to worry about parking or being stuck in traffic. "Golf cart" was definitely a plus for the family to get around to the pool and beach and local eateries.

Fantastic Getaway!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Lionfish Inn. The house was beautiful, clean, and roomy enough to fit all seven of us staying for the week. And it was a great, central location to easily go east toward Panama City Beach or west towards Rosemary Beach. The only negatives would be that both upstairs bathroom sinks had little to no water pressure, and the A/C kept resetting to the default temp throughout the day and night. Otherwise, it was perfect for our vacation!

The condo was remodeled and clean! We enjoyed the lake and it was nice to have the golf cart to get to the beach. All the amenities were newer. Having the bedrooms upstairs was a plus with the younger ages of our grandchildren.

Family Vacation

The house was beautiful and met our needs. Any issues we had were dealt with promptly. I had never been to 30A and am glad I got to experience it but didn’t realize how busy things were there. Crossing the busy highway to get to the beach was a little difficult and I didn’t feel comfortable letting my older teenagers/young adults do it on bikes or the golf cart. The beach was amazing and not very crowded which was a huge plus. Driving to the beach was a negative as the parking was limited. The neighborhood was extremely quiet which was surprising because there were so many houses in Grande Pointe. The pool area was nice and wasn’t crowded either. Inlet beach was a nice spot between Destin and Panama City. I was disappointed that they charged me a $50 early check in fee when we arrived just one hour before check in. We were tired after driving 9 hours and just paid it in order to get unpacked and set up. The golf cart was a huge plus as were the bikes and beach supplies in the shed. Overall, we had a great vacation and I would recommend Lionfish for your vacation.

Beautiful home in a quiet location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family of 10 stayed here for 6 days in mid-June. The home is beautiful and in a beautiful quiet neighborhood. The beach is right across the road, and the home is very close to restaurants and grocery stores without being right in the center of everything (which we love). We enjoyed the beach gear in the shed, and the golf cart was amazing!! We used it everyday to get to the pool or and the beach. The only thing that was a little stressful was getting across 98 to get to the beach. The road was super busy, and sometimes it took us awhile to get across in the cart. The beach was uncrowded despite it being a public access beach. We did experience tons of June grass on the beach, but it was still great! One of the only things I would change would be to have a couple more bath towels and washcloths available, or bring a few of your own. We had to wash towels and washcloths every day. We would definitely stay here again!!

Everything about the house is amazing...quiet neighborhood, lovely pool, perfect beach access, and everything inside the house that you would need to cook/relax/chill. Very roomy and comfortable. My kids loved the bunk room, and I appreciated the blackout curtains...a nice touch. We felt very welcome and look forward to staying again sometime!

Beautiful home and neighborhood

Would definitely come back! My family and I stayed here for our kids’ fall break along with another family and their kids. The home and finishes were lovely. We cooked at home several nights and we were so happy to find that the kitchen was well-stocked with all we needed to fix up meals just like home! The nearby beach was stunning, and extras like the golf cart, bikes and beach toys were the icing on the cake at Lionfish Inn. We had a wonderful vacation with memories we’ll treasure forever! Perfect for our group. Great pool area and access to Powell Lake. Golf cart was not accessible during our stay and we selected this home for that since one in our family party is expecting. We did, however, appreciate the early check-in.

Golf cart was perfect for evening rides through the neighborhood and for trips to neighborhood pool. Pool was a huge hit with our family. You definitely need to bring your own beach towels. House. Ones with 4 beach chairs which was nice. Only downfall: we assumed that we could ride the golf cart to the beach. We quickly realized that we would have to cross Highway 98 at a crosswalk where there is no light. Traffic is heavy and cars are speeding down the highway. We tried it once and never did it again. So I would say you would need to drive to the beach. On the upside, the beach is literally two minutes away. Parking there is crowded but nice beach. Overall, we have amazing time and will definitely stay again.

Fabulous Vacation!

How was beautiful and in a great neighborhood! We loved using the golf cart… took it to the beach and pool everyday! Getting to the beach was easy, only downside is crossing hwy 98. House was well stocked and beds were comfortable. We loved sitting out on the patio in the evenings.

This place has everything!!

Even more gorgeous in person! So new and clean. Had bikes, new beach chairs, umbrella, rolling cooler…anything you would need! The golf cart was the icing on the cake. Only wish it was on the same side of highway as the beach, but wasn’t too bad getting there.

This cozy house accommodated our large group very comfortably and the kids loved sleeping on the QUEEN sized bunk beds. Having a tankless water heater was so nice, none of us had to take a cold shower lol. And the perfect white sand beach is literally a 2 minute drive (gulf cart provided)! There was a ton of beach gear for use stored in the shed (beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, even some kites, beach ball & bikes). Literally like an all inclusive, except we had to make our own meals haha! But the kitchen had all the necessities, even a Keurig that had a milk frother to make lattes (so bring your coffee pods)! The community pool felt private as most of the time we had it all to ourselves and there’s a beautiful lake right behind the pool for fishing. Host communication was good, all needed information was provided promptly. Definitely going back soon!
