The home features three bedrooms: two with queen beds and one with a double bed. There is a beautiful kitchen with everything you need to cook: stove, oven, full-sized fridge, microwave, plates, cups, mugs, bowls, pots, pans, utensils, and other cookware. The home has an updated and clean bathroom with tub, and a screened in patio with a table and four chairs to enjoy the beautiful Florida temperatures! The living area has a large TV with Roku. There's also a dedicated workspace and fast Wifi (500 mbps), great for remote work.

You have the entire unit to yourself and your entrance is private (Unit A), but there is a wall shared with a second unit where other guests may be staying. There is plenty of free parking on site. The laundry room is also shared with other units.

Come enjoy the city and beaches! This vacation rental is located in the heart of Tampa, near many restaurants and shops. You'll be 5 min to Busch Gardens, and 10 min to Ybor City and Seminole Hard Rock Casino. You're also a very short drive to downtown Tampa where you can reach things like the Tampa Riverwalk, Amalie Arena, and the famous Bayshore Boulevard. Outside of Tampa, you are an easy drive to the world class beaches such as St. Pete Beach, Clearwater Beach, or our personal favorite Pass-A-Grille Beach. You'll also be close to many other attractions such as Zoo Tampa at Lowry Park, Raymond James Stadium where the Buccaneers play, the Yankees spring training site. This short term rental is a great option for any vacation in Tampa Bay.

For the safety and security of our guests, please note that we have outdoor cameras on site. One overlooking the front and one monitoring the entrance of unit B.

We might be able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out depending on our cleaners' schedule for the day. They charge a small fee for this, but don't hesitate to ask us and we'll see if we can make it happen. Just keep in mind that this service isn't always available since it depends on our cleaners' availability.

In order to receive the entry code for your stay:
- Rental agreement must be signed.
- $300 refundable security deposit must be submitted. In some cases, the deposit will be automatically held on the card you used for your booking. In other cases, we may need to send you a link to place your security deposit.
You will not gain entry until both of those are completed. You will receive links in a message as well as your email.

Basic maintenance, extra sheets, and extra supplies may not be available to you during your stay.

Our handyman or lawn care workers may be in the yard doing maintenance or construction during your stay. They will never enter your private space or interfere with your stay.
