Cozy place

We only stayed for three days to go see the falls, but I wish we could have stayed longer. Nice decor, very clean, and close to all the attractions.

This home was perfect in every way. It was clean, it had all the essentials and was located in a quiet gated community close to the many attractions to visit in the area.

Great weekend away!

Great location! Near hiking and not far from local shops and restaurant. House was good, enjoyed the fire pit. The bed was a bit firm but overall a great choice!

Dirty

The house definitely wasn’t properly cleaned l, we found rodent feces in the kitchen, crusty dishes food in the oven, dirty floors, no middle sheet, walls covered in grease and cabinets inside kitchen were a sin. The bed was so bad I’m making an appointment with my chiropractor. The only positive thing was Liz the person who manages messages. She was wonderful

Overall happy with my trip! Communication was great with the owner and location was nice. Very easy to follow directions to get to the house. Would definitely stay again!!

Made the best of it

We had high hopes for our stay in Bushkill Falls but unfortunately the property was not as pristine and inviting as suggested. There were zero directions given about how to get into the property despite three direct requests for information ahead of checking-in. Upon arrival, they wouldn't let us into the gated community because we weren't registered to stay there. When we finally gained access to the property, the house was delapapated. There were Glade plug-ins to mask the smell of either cigarettes & dampness. The carpets were stained & wet, particularly in the MBR. The stove & dishes were dirty. The tile floors in the kitchen and bathrooms for both covered in hairs. There were lots of holes in the walls where pictures or anchors had been but there was no artwork on the wall. We did our best to enjoy our stay. The Falls were beautiful. Paws and Claws was fun. The pool was crowded. The hot tub was dirty. The lake was filled with trash. We didn't end up accessing any of these amenities which was a draw of the property. We made the property manager aware of this information and they offered to extend our stay. Why would we want to stay longer in a place that was dirty? Ultimately, It had a trampoline for kids to use in the backyard and the air conditioning worked well. That's as much as we can say that's positive. This was not a place that we would have chosen had the pictures actually showed how the house presented.

Good Stay

Liz was very accommodating. My parents and sister surprised me and come up on my birthday and ended up staying over and Liz didn't charge me. Some aspects of the accommodations were not very good. The dishware didn't look like it had been washed in a long time and we could see cobwebs in the chandelier so I'm not sure where the cleaning fee is being used. More importantly, the house smelled of smoke and it probably had something to do with the heating in the sunroom which we weren't able to use. I had to cut my stay by a day because my son's allergies were so bad in the house. When I mentioned this to Liz she indicated that she would get humidifier going forward and maybe that will help.

NYE Getaway-Just What we needed

House was as described. Perfect for my husband, son (16), nephew (15) and I. Kids loved the board games and trampoline. Wi-Fi worked just fine. Community was very nice including indoor pool and hot tub. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely Stay near Bushkill Falls

More than adequate room. Lovely enclosed, heated porch. Enjoyed the trampoline and hammock. The house is very cozy, quickly heated, beds comfortable, and hot showers. We were close to Bushkill Falls which is why we came to the area.

Labor Day weekend getaway

We definitely enjoyed ourselves, the house was very relaxing and comfortable. It was convenient that the beach and pool was right there in the community. We will definitely go back again.

Cute clean house

The house was clean and cute. My son really loved sleeping on the top bunk of the bunk bed. “I slept on the bottom bunk” owner left us fire logs for the fireplace which was sweet and we made a fire each night. Lots of towels and extra blankets if needed. We only used the indoor swimming pool once and it was a bit crowded but expected due to kids being off for break. We didn’t use any other If the saw creek estates facilities. I wanted to stay in a house due to covid and I’m still uncomfortable with staying at a hotel. My Only complaint is the TVs. Owner said they run on WiFi and we had no clue how to use them. Other than that everything was great !

Saw Creek Estates for the win!

We stayed in Saw Creek Estates on our honeymoon 10 years ago and loved the complex with indoor tennis courts and racquetball courts, indoor pool and hot tub near a lot of attractions. This house was clean, organized, easy for my disabled mother, and we had marathon game nights with the stuff on hand. The kids sleded in the yard, perfect for a large family with all our weird ages and needs. This was a gift. Now my mom wants to buy a house in the neighborhood!

Beautiful place in a gated community

Very nice 2 story house. 3 bedrooms upstairs and 1 full bathroom. Downstairs there is a half bathroom, kitchen, dining and living room. The kitchen is very nicely equipped for a group up to 6. More than that probably it will get short on utensils. The house is spacious, clean and very nice. Probably the only downside is 1 full bathroom(aka 1 shower) , besides that perfect house. The host was very very responsive and accommodating. I highly recommend.
