Stunning Villa in Casa de Campo! This is a charming vacation house in Casa de Campo Resort and Villas. This beautiful house has an awesome large pool and it has an appealing garden and terrace with a beautiful view that just transmits peace and relaxation. The house is very spacious which makes it perfect to have the vacation of your dreams in the Caribbean with your family and friends!

The house can host 6 people, the bedrooms of the house are very spacious and all have air-conditioned.

Mediocre

First and foremost the location was inaccurate. Not even close. I would never have picked this location which is far from everything. It’s in Los cajuiles. Kitchen was old and unusable and not clean or well equipped. Pool was cold and unswimmable in December. Washer dryer was from the year one. Outside is pretty. Bedrooms were fine. Beds were firm. But basically not an upscale house. Staff was nice and very helpful. We were given a golf cart which we rented that was falling apart and even broke down. If you rent this house it should be at a deep discount.

Stay was ok… could have been better. Should be a 3.5 star rating

Overall the place was nice. However, the property is definitely showing its age. The bathrooms need updating. The first day we got there one of the bathroom toilets where not working however, they promptly came the next day to fix it. The pool area was nice. Great area for a family of 6 to be in comfortably. But, around the pool they covered a hole with a tile and with small children it was definitely a hazard. All bedrooms have AC but the living areas do not. Some of the sliding doors need new latching to properly close the doors at night.security: very secure area, coming back to the home they have actual security late at night in the neighbor hood. Location: you are right at the beginning of casa de campo so definitely book the golf cart to get to the beach and other locations. Host: overall very responsive. I think they need to update their info on the cleaning and cooking person and set proper expectation around the food should you choose to use that service. The cook was very nice. However, it was stated that they had a cook AND a cleaning person. Not sure if it was the time of my stay but my cook was also cleaning the home. It was apparent to me that it was too much for one person, in turn it hurt the service provided. Very disappointing. The cooks food was good! But when it came to selecting the food it seems like they do not have a great process with the person that purchases the food and time of arrival. Also, requesting certain foods seem to be a problem.

Great family vacation

This property was a perfect choice for our family. We had more room than needed. The master bedroom had one King bed and a bathroom and the other two bedrooms each had two double beds and its own bathroom. The property had a beautiful outdoor area with plentiful seating both in the shade and in the sun and an inviting large pool. Communication with the owner before we arrived was excellent. He arranged airport transportation both ways for us and we rented a golf cart and bicycles for the time we were there. The housekeeper, Jessica, was lovely to interact with every day. She kept the home very clean and made delicious meals for us for breakfast and lunch. The home is in a great location; close enough to walk to reception and hotel pools and restaurants if you'd like. We took the golf cart to the beach and restaurants in the Marina every day. It was a great relaxing vacation and I would highly recommend this lovely home for your next vacation.

Great Property

The property was perfect for our stay. The host was great in accommodating a few last minute requests and helped to ensure we had a good stay. The staff at the house were extremely friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Nice stay

Just a couple points that were a little bit of a surprise: -Only A/C is in the bedrooms. It wasn’t a problem for us not having the common spaces with A/C but it would have been nice to know and may not be comfortable for some. -Pool and outside are amazing. -Bathrooms are a bit dated. -Didn’t know we had to pay $25 per person per day to the resort. -Jesica cleaned every day and was very helpful. -Communication was great with the property managers.
