Amazing Beach Front Condo, Low Rates, Great Views

Tradewinds Condominium is located in the heart of Orange Beach, Alabama (about 5.5 miles east of Gulf, Shores, Alabama). It sits directly on one of the country's highest rated beaches. It has one of the area's best indoor/outdoor swimming pools and easy access to the beach (with a boardwalk with showers).

Tradewinds is located directly across the street from Adventure Island (go carts, mini golf, laser tag) and Fat Daddy's Arcade. It is only minutes away from great restaurants, grocery stores, and all the attractions including The Wharf, The Track (go carts), and Waterville USA (waterpark, go carts). OWA (amusement park, waterpark, dining, shopping) and Tanger Outlet Mall are located about 20 miles away in Foley, Alabama.

This 6th floor unit is elevated enough to provide you with a great ocean view. There are two elevators in this building.
This unit has two full bathrooms and ceramic tile throughout. It has a king size bed in the master bedroom, a full size bed and twin size bed in the guest bedroom, and a queen size sleep sofa in the living room (sleep 7 total). This unit has a TV (with cable) in the living room and TVs (with cable) in both bedrooms. This unit has a washer and dryer, and all linens, towels and cloths are provided. Wireless internet is also provided. This property also has an outdoor charcoal grilling area.

This condo has it all. It will feel like your home away from home. You will love the view from the balcony.

There will be 2 parking passes provided.

A New Favorite!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The unit was clean and had everything we needed. I appreciated the clear communication from the owner which made check in and check out super easy. The complex itself was a lot quieter than others we have stayed at. Elevators were never too crowded and never had to wait too long for one. This is our new favorite place we have stayed in Orange Beach, and we are hoping to book again for next summer!

Cute condo

Family of 5 spent Easter break at this cute condo right on the beach. It was clean, well maintained and well equipped. Everything worked. Pool was under construction so we didn’t get to use it, but owner gave us a discounted rate.

Outstanding !

We very much enjoyed our stay in unit 605. The condo was extremely clean and attractive, the bed was very comfortable and the view was perfect, The kitchen was stocked with the items you would expect, there was plenty of towels (which is not always the case we have found) and we definitely loved the high patio chairs on the lanai which allowed you unobstructed views of the beautiful beach. We felt like this unit was "home away from home" and would definitely come back again for another stay.

As close to perfect as it gets

Everything was exactly as the listing described. The view was perfect, unit was clean and the location was great- you can walk to eat and to the fun center. Beds were super comfy and we were pleasantly surprised to find box fans in both bedroom closets (we flew so fans didn’t make it in our luggage) and a boogie board too. The elevators were fast and we were right on the beach. The unit has plenty of dishes, cookware and silverware and the refrigerator even has an ice maker in the freezer! You will need to bring your own toilet paper, paper towels and laundry soap. There were a couple of down sides to our stay, but nothing to do with our hosts. The pool does not open until 9am and closes at 10pm. We were there with a group for a softball tournament and there was no other place to be together at night except for the pool. I understand the times because there are a few units that house year round residents. There is security on the property and one of the personnel was not the nicest (do not stop in the yellow area right in front of the condos for any reason, not even for a second, or you will get yelled at). Overall, our stay was wonderful!

Family Vacation Spot

Condo was nice with a great location. Elevators worked the entire trip and the many carts that the complex had were very helpful to transport things up to the 6th floor. We enjoyed our stay and waking up to a view of the ocean!

Relaxing cozy condo!

Great place!

This was a great location with a great view! The place was spacious for our family of 5. Each morning we could sit on balcony and watch dolphins! The owners were very quick to respond to questions and we had a small problem that was fixed immediately! Would definitely book again!

Great condo in Orange Beach

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Condo was very clean and the kitchen was stocked well. Brad/owner was very responsive, immediately offering assistance when we had trouble getting in. With 2 teenagers, we especially enjoyed having 2 beds in the guest bedroom over bunks or a single queen bed!

Off the charts!!

This property was PERFECT! I’m always reading reviews, but I often times don’t leave one. I couldn’t resist reviewing this property. Our family enjoyed every single minute of our trip because of this condo. Extremely clean, gorgeous beach decor, comfortable beds and perfect set up! It felt just like home, but that VIEW was EVERYTHING and more!! We watched dolphins, pirate ships and all the beach goers from our balcony! The pool and distance to ocean was also perfect. Best of all.. our property owners were such a delight to work with. Fast responses and extremely helpful. We will be back!! 5 stars!

Great location-great beach!

So fabulous! Only problem was a slight fish odor, where clearly someone had recently assumed caught and for sure fried some fish in the stays before us, lol. The pool was wonderful as well, but the best part was the BEACH!!!! Quick elevators were nice too! Shorter time to the BEACH!!! Loved it!
