Escape to paradise at Barefoot Beach Resort, where this chic, modern, fully renovated 2-bedroom, 1-bath condo offers everything a Florida beach getaway should be. Enjoy gorgeous views of the Gulf of Mexico directly across the street and soak in the lush tropical warmth of the property, surrounded by mature palm trees throughout.

The beach is just a short walk across the street, with private access for your convenience. Lounge by the pool while taking in serene views of the Intracoastal Waterway, where you're likely to spot dolphins, sea life, and passing boats. Start your mornings with a peaceful sunrise from the private dock, and end your day with one of the famous Gulf Coast sunsets on our beach.

Whether you’re fishing off the dock, dining at nearby tiki bars and excellent local restaurants, shopping at John’s Pass Village, or exploring the vibrant culture of Clearwater Beach and St. Petersburg, there’s endless charm and activity just minutes away.


The condos at the Barefoot Beach Resort are lovely waterfront rentals nestled snugly between Intracoastal Waterway of Indian Shores and the pristine sands of the Gulf of Mexico. The beach is a short walk across the street with a private beach access, watch the sunrise from our private dock or the famous sunsets on our beach, fish off the dock, enjoy excellent restaurants, tiki bars, shops and local charm. This newly renovated resort is situated on five acres with a heated inground pool and plenty of lounge chairs for all. A Suncoast Trolley stop is located across the street and runs from Clearwater Beach to John's Pass and Pass-a-Grille Beach.
The unit includes a Florida/Sun room with French doors, 2 queen sized beds, a fully equipped modern kitchen, a spacious bathroom, and accommodates up to 6 guests comfortably. The condo is fully stocked with new linens, blankets, pillows, mattress pads, and bath towels. It also has a Florida room with a full size futon. A Fully equipped kitchen includes ceramic top electric range, refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, over the range microwave, and garbage disposal. For your convenience, there is also a toaster, coffee maker, cookware, bake-ware, fire extinguisher, and more.
We also provide beach towels, beach chairs for 4, umbrella for the sun and a beach cart to carry everything across the street.

My boyfriend and I loved our time at the LUXE modern Condo! We enjoyed going right across the street everyday for the beach and the sunset as well as having a quiet community to relax at. It was also very convenient to have the sunset trolly right across the street that we could ride to Clearwater or St. Pete. Debra was amazing and made the check in process very easy! I really appreciate her great food recommendation! Would gladly stay again for my next trip to Indian Shores!

Great Place in Indian Shores

This unit was very clean and comfortable, good furnishings in all rooms and very good location with beach access right across Gulf Blvd. We could see the Gulf from our window. This is the place we'll be (hopefully) be staying when we come back. The resort has a very nice swimming pool as well, resort staff were great handling a minor problem we had, so all in all, a real good place to stay.

Wonderful Stay!

The host was very responsive and checking in/out was easy. The condo was located on the boulevard with a view of the ocean. It was stocked with towels, beach chairs, a wagon and more… everything you need for the beach or pool. The kitchen was fully stocked, and we loved having the grilling area close by. The on-site washer and dryer was super handy and close too. We felt very comfortable and relaxed here and will definitely stay again!

Beautiful Condo in a great location

We stayed at Debra’s condo for 2 nights. The condo was beautiful, clean and spacious and had everything you could possibly need including things for the beach. It was in the perfect location opposite the beach stunning sunsets and 20 mins to Clearwater and 20 mins to St Pete’s beach. Barefoot Beach resort is great too it had a nice quiet communal pool that the kids loved. We will certainly stay here again in the future. Thankyou Debra for allowing us to stay in your condo.

Great location- beach access is right across from condo. Ocean on one side and pier/bay was on the other. Sunrise, sunset on either side. Did spot dolphins in the Bay Area while watching sunrise. Pool is nice as well. Condo had enough supplies. The town itself is less crowded than surrounding towns. Clearwater is within 30 minute drive. Grocery store was close.

Right Across the Street from Beach Access

This place is as described. It is right across the street from the beach access. The beach was great. Room as described. Worked well for a few days with our two teenagers. The code we received for a late check in didn’t work, but we called the number on the door & they were super helpful. They answered right away & we were able to pick our key & get into the condo. Great customer service.

Perfect for a quick get away

Our stay was wonderful. We arrived hours earlier than planned and the room was already ready and they allowed us to go ahead and check in. This was perfect so we could go ahead and get changed and head to the beach. From the condo we were able to see the ocean by looking out one window in particular and looking between a couple buildings. But it was still nice to see. The community pool was nice and the deep end was 8 feet! Our kids loved splashing around playing in the pool after a long day at the beach. I do wish the door locks were electric and used pin codes, but they were old fashioned and we had to make sure to carry the key around with us. And the beds were nice, but my oldest daughter (13) slept on the futon and she said it was hard and uncomfortable. But for a couple nights it still did trick. It was very nice having 4 beach chairs, a wagon, and some beach toys to be able to use also. The chairs were very nice and the wagon was useful to move everything to the beach and back. I would definitely recommend this place.

Hi there, we are a family of three & for years, I have LOVED the beach for as long as I can remember... I find my serenity there, That is where the world can be still and I can breathe in and out and enjoy all that nature has to offer. I have been wanting a little beach condo to call our own. We live in NJ and we have pretty harsh winters. We finally achieved our DREAM after working hard for so many years. And that is why we call it "Grateful by the Gulf" We are extremely grateful to be given this opportunity and would love to share it with you all.

This condo has been recently updated, there are newer floors, furniture, bedding and finishes. Every time we go, we try to do a bit more. We are the closest to the beach in building D and we have a view of the Gulf of Mexico from our front windows. You can have breakfast and look out to the gulf. There is a view from almost every room EXCEPT for bathroom and back bedroom to parking lot.

We have an office that's open Monday thru Sunday 7 days a week 9-5 pm that serves as an on site concierge service, We also have on site management, maintenance, and a cleaning service.
