It's a luxury family house in a very nice, safe, upscale RESIDENTIAL neighborhood.

This highly sought after area of Hollywood, called Hollywood Hills is by far the nicest, and closest to the Seminole hard rock casino destination. You are enclosed by beautiful homes and lush greenery. Your vacation home is minutes from the destination Hard Rock Guitar Hotel and Casino and just 4 miles from the beach that has high end restaurants, bars, Hollywood boardwalk, shopping and more. This house is much appreciated for its oversized/enclosed heated pool and patio, ideal for little (well behaved) dogs. Make no mistake South Florida has a lot of mosquitos/ bugs and our private screened in patio/ pool deck keeps them all away making your time outdoors more enjoyable and bug free (I personally love this feature).

You will find everything you need for a nice comfortable stay in our property. We own and operate this property ourselves.

This property has three bedrooms, 1 queen bed / 1 full size bed in one guest room and 1 queen size purple mattress in other guest room, and 1 king bed in the master suite, equipped with (very) high-end PURPLE mattresses. If you have back pain, no worries! You will have a workstation, 400 MB per second high-speed Internet, which guarantees good reception anywhere on the premises and backyard. The TV has services such as YouTube, Netflix, Amazon prime, Disney etc. There is a clean water filter, regular and espresso coffee maker, milk frother, ice maker, toaster, microwave, induction stove top, blender, barbecue grill, hair dryer, washer/dryer, iron/iron board, pool gate, beach chairs, beach towels, and games.

Expect everything you wish to be your own beach home.

All amenities/ open packages in the house are free to use but this is obviously at your own risk.

We prefer to only rent to families who come to enjoy a vacation in peace, or people we reasonably expect not to cause any disturbances to the neighborhood. Without reviews from other hosts, we may not accept your booking. We don't like to host heavy drinking/staying up all night/party guests, because we care about the neighbors well-being very much, so if that is your plan please find another property, we won't make a good match.

Our House rules are based on common sense, but pretty strict, so please read the rules before making a booking request. No noise in backyard, no parties, no more than three cars, and pool closed after 11 PM.
