KAYAK with the dolphins and manatees! Welcome to paradise and your own mini resort tropical oasis. Centrally located in the Tampa Bay Area, you are in the perfect location for all things Florida. Lovely 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is the perfect mix of fun and relaxation decorated in a tropical coastal vibe. The home features separate living and dining areas and a family room with a fireplace. There are Roku TV's in the family room, two bedrooms and one on the lanai so you can watch the big game while floating in the pool! The fully equipped kitchen features granite counters, stainless appliances and also overlooks the pool and out to the water. Or you can cook out on the gas grill. Out by the pool on the screened lanai are several more sitting areas, perfect for a morning cup of coffee or evening libations around the fire pit. You will also have plenty of options for "game night" as there is a pool table, corn hole, dart board, foosball and numerous board games.

While enjoying the sunshine, we have 4 kayaks for your use. 3 are single riders and 1 is a tandem style. There are pool floats a plenty. There are fishing poles and a basic tackle box if you want to try and catch dinner and if you fancy a bike ride down to the public beach, there are bikes in the garage along with beach chairs and some beach toys.

FAQ:
Please note, the pool is a solar heated pool and not bath water, I'd call it "refreshing". But, I am a wimp. Florida Solar Design Group says solar swimming pool heaters tend to increase unheated pool temperature by 8 to 12 degrees Fahrenheit (depending on the weather), reaching somewhere between 78 and 85 degrees Fahrenheit with minimal effort, even on somewhat cool days.
The Keurig coffee maker is both a "pod" and a "pot" style.
If you are staying longer than 7 days we are happy to arrange for a cleaning service for an additional fee.
Pool service is every Friday.

Amazing Apollo Beach Vacation
This was our second time spending a month-long winter getaway at this property. Everything was just as promised and did not disappoint. The house is very comfortable and well-appointed (and lovingly decorated) with everything you could possibly need or want. Barbara and Dan are excellent hosts, and are quick to respond to any questions. The location in a quiet neighbourhood on the water is perfect, and the huge screened lanai and pool area is an amazing space. During our daily kayak outings we saw dolphins and manatees, and even had dolphins visit us at the dock a couple of times. Our family pup was made to feel welcome and loved the pool area and fenced backyard.

We stayed during the holidays and the house was decorated with Christmas decorations. Everything is available in the house and we had a fantastic time. Nice restaurant and bars nearby, you can fish on the dock and rent a boat locally. Definitely recommended!

Perfect Getaway!
This was our first time renting a property in this area. No doubt that we will rent this home again. Barbara was very easy to communicate with and responded promptly when we had questions. The neighborhood was quiet and well maintained. The home was very comfortable, spacious and nicely decorated. The kitchen was well stocked if you wanted to cook meals. The outdoor area was very nice. Nice pleasant stay
House was clean and exactly as presented. Super hot in August, even the pool was quite hot. We were centrally located between Tampa, Clearwater, Anna Maria, and Siesta Key. Expect to drive 45min-1hour to any of those places. Nice to have access to chairs and coolers to use on beach trips. Very good selection of restaurants and bars close by. Neighborhood is super quiet and nice.

Great Experience
The property was nice and clean. Great location to the bay for fishing and nice restaurants. The host (Barbara) was fantastic. We had a few issues not related to the property, just lack of experience (boat lift) and the heated pool so I messaged Barbara and she messaged me back within minutes. We had a great experience and will most likely be staying in this house again.

Spectacular
Our family had such a wonderful time and Barbara was most accommodating! We all enjoyed the view and the kids were in such awe of the dolphins, rays and other fish we watched swim by. Everything you could ask for…
We had a wonderful stay at this property. The owners have provided for nearly every accommodation you could ask for. I from outdoor games and dock and poolside activities, to the well-stocked bathrooms, and chefs kitchen and coffee bar. We hope to come back again, but this time with our boat.

Fabulous Florida Vacation Home
This beautiful home was everything that was promised and then some. It is located on the water in a quiet, friendly residential neighbourhood, just a short drive to all that Apollo Beach has to offer. It features a heated pool surrounded by a lanai that offers sun and shade throughout the day. The house is well maintained, very clean, and equipped with everything guests would need for a stay of any length. Just imagine sitting on your own dock or taking a kayak for a paddle and watching dolphins and manatees swim by.

Everything was perfect
Thank you guys for opening your home to us. Everything was pleasant from the start; communication, arrival, stay. The house was beautiful, and we felt at home from the very minute we walked through the doors. We lacked nothing the entire time. The kitchen is beautiful, and has everything needed for cooking and baking. The kayaks were fun and fishing off the dock was great for catching some catfish. The pool was simply amazing - even to hang out in and catch up on tV shows with the outdoor tv. We are very, very grateful you were so accommodating on our extending our stay. Amazing property!
We both really enjoyed our stay. Good communication with the owners. House had everything we needed and more. We enjoyed being outside swimming, kayaking and using the BBQ. The home situated on a deep saltwater canal is a short 10 mins from the bay, and Busch Gardens is an easy day trip! Disney is about an hour and a half away, as are the amazing beaches of Clearwater, St. Pete Beach, and Anna Maria! We offer all sorts of activities to entertain the whole family.
