You'll feel right at home in our beautiful 2 bedroom / 2 bath Beachfront Condo. Located on the 11th floor, this condo sleeps 6 and is in the heart of Orange Beach, AL. Just imagine yourself on the balcony every morning while sipping your coffee. Or, you can enjoy the fantastic view right from the Kitchen and Living Areas with large floor to ceiling glass doors and windows. And yes, we have a Washer and Dryer in our condo, so you don't have to bring your whole wardrobe! Our condo is truly a place where you can get away from it all. The Water Park/Splash Pad includes: Palm tree with 3 dumping bananas, pirate sloop, ship bow with jets and cannon, beached boat slide, and more!

Orange Beach is a family-friendly beachfront town. Some activities include: charter fishing boats, boat & jet ski rentals, para-sailing, dolphin cruises, sunset sailboat cruises, beautiful back bays for boating, tubing, skiing and fishing, amusement parks, great restaurants with entertainment for all ages, golf, outlet malls, shopping, live concerts at The Wharf Amphitheater, and of course, plenty of powder-white sand.

Perfect

Nice, clean and comfortable accommodations. Could not have asked for anything more. Condo was very clean. Nice balcony area with a beautiful view. Check in and check out were a breeze Right on the beach with a great pool and children’s splash pad area.

Lovely stay!

Lovely condo, great view - nicely furnished. Kitchen has everything needed. The only thing that was not up to standard is the mattress in the master bedroom. It is no longer supportive on one side and you "sink" down pretty far - far enough that you can't roll over or sleep on your stomach. This was the ONLY negative about the condo and it would get 10+ stars if this single item was corrected.

Clothes

The only problem that I had was that we checked out on Friday and Saturday the next day realized that we have left some clothes in the closet and i called at 8:30on Saturday and I had to called back on Monday and to suprise the clothes were not there so when I know we left them in the closet. The cleaning lady got some very nice clothes that I would liked to have had back. I can’t understand that they were not found and the communication about it was very poorly handled.

Girls Trip!

Condo was great. Master bed was comfy. Very convenient to the elevator. At check in and check out times there was a 30+ min wait for the elevators. We learned to time things right by the end of the stay. Lots of families with kids here....right on the beach. Splash pad for the kids and a nice size pool.

I’m regards to the condition of the property, the cleanliness was first class to say the least. The amenities were awesome and super convenient. The view is amazing, but beware of noise above and around you. There was a group of unruly vacationers staying next to me. They were drinking and smoking cigarettes on the balcony behaving in an outlandish manner into the dawn hours of the morning disturbing my entire floor. After several repeated attempts for them to bring the noise down, they became extremely disrespectful yelling obscenities and racial slurs. Will not be returning to this property.

Overall stay was great! Splash pad and pool was a nice break from the beach.

We loved our condo. Great view of the beach. We had to wash our own towels, no big deal but I figured they would provide more. The towels didn’t smell clean when we got there. Also had to provide our own toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent. Be sure to take beach towels with you. Other than that we were happy with our stay!

My husband and two toddlers stayed for the weekend and it was perfect for a little beach getaway! Very clean and had everything we needed. Very spacious and had a great view! Very family and kid friendly condo with perfect access to the beach!

Nice place

The condo was nice. In a good location for food, entertainment. Can see the Wharf fireworks show from the front balcony. The bed for the balcony bedroom was the only "bad" thing i can say. Its soft. To soft. 2 people sleeping in the bed creates a valley in the center that you can hardly get out of. LOL. When we arrived and turned the sheets back there was a lot of hair still in the bed. Not saying the sheets were not washed bc we dont know. We pulled them off and washed them. No big deal. Overall. Very nice place in a good location and would stay again.

Great condo and great location

One of the nicest places I have stayed in. Very well kept. Location on the beach is unbeatable. The beach is literally out the door. Very nice swimming pool. Nice kid’s play area near the pool. Great place all around.

Beautiful Condo with a Beautiful View!

The condo was very clean and truly beautifully decorated. Exactly as pictured. So happy for that! The beds were soft and comfy (some may say too soft, but I liked). The kitchen had all that we needed to cook breakfast 3 times, lunch twice and dinner once. Otherwise we ate out. The only “complaints” were that the shower heads were kind of low (but we’re tall people) lol and we hate that shower curtains touch you when you bathe. Having the large flat screen TVs were awesome for late night movies. The balcony furniture is awesome!! Love, love, love sitting out on the gliding bench. Just didn’t like one time when our neighbors to our left were outside smoking on their balcony (blowing right at us). The condo overall was just what we needed. Just try to avoid peak elevator times. Not a huge issue really like I hear of some horror stories. Just busier at check in and check out times Fridays-Mondays.

The property we rented had everything you needed--from a fantastic view of the ocean to comfortable beds and plenty of room to spread out. Close to elevators! Will definitely stay here again.

Relaxing Getaway

This place worked out for everyone in our group! There was plenty of space in the condo for everyone to have their own area but also have space to be together. The condo was clean and neat and had everything we needed. The pool, splash pad and beach were a great way to break things up for the week and enjoy different things for each age group! Overall it was a wonderful stay!

Orange Beach Phoenix V

Great area of Orange Beach. The Phoenix V room was better than advertised with a great view of the ocean and pool area. The room was very clean and felt like you were home!! Definitely a place to come back to. Loved it.

One of the best condos we’ve stayed at.

I’m very particular about where we stay at when we go to the beach. This is our first time to stay in Orange Beach in quite a few years. This condo was perfect. It had everything we needed to stay and was in a great location. It was well taken care of and was so nice. I loved how there was also games for the kids to play as well in the room. Overall it was a wonderful experience.
