THIS BEAUTIFUL, CLEAN, SPACIOUS, HOME, has EVERYTHING you need for a very comfortable and convenient stay. PLENTY OF SPACE for large families or groups. Brand new Nectar, Cloud, and memory foam beds and a futon, to sleep 14 comfortably. There is also a porta crib in the Master bedroom closet. This home also has 2 very comfortable sectionals, 5 smart televisions, an 8 person dining table, 4 bar stools, state of the art appliances and heavy duty washer and dryer. The kitchen is equipped with pots, pans, cookie sheets, bowls, toaster, mixer, crock pot, blender, coffee pot, can opener, spices, utensils and dishes for up to 16. Everything you need to prepare meals for a large group.
An industrial ping pong table and large selection of games for endless fun! There is also a tree swing in the back yard.
Upstairs layout: Master King suite with full bath, jetted tub, and walk in closet, smart tv. bedroom 2- Queen, smart tv. bedroom 3 - twin beds, smart tv. (2). Full bathroom
Main level: Fully equipped kitchen, dining for 12, family room with large sectional, smart tv, reading room with a sectional, games, books, etc.., 1/2 bath, laundry room.
Basement level: Game room with full size ping pong table, bunk room- twin over full bunk bed, and futon, smart tv. Moose room- two full sized beds, down the hall, shower bathroom.
Just steps from the front door is short trail that leads to an awesome park with basketball courts, tennis and pickle ball courts, bike and walking trails, baseball field, a full play area, and a workout circuit training area. Just 2 blocks away is an EOS fitness center.

Conveniently located in a quiet cul-de-sac less than 1 mile to the I-15.
25-35 minutes to snowbasin, nordic, and powder mountain ski resorts. Under an hour to Snowbird and Alta resorts near Salt Lake. A short 30 minute drive to the Salt Lake airport. Harmons grocery store, Wendy's, Burger Bar and many other eateries just up the road. Riverdale road is just a mile away where you will find a plethora of eateries and plenty of shopping...Walmart, Target, Best buy, Sams Club, etc....

Work training trip

Great property that came in very handy for our work trip. When we search for properties it is a corporate requirement that everyone has their own bed in their own room. This property filled the bill and saved us money with the awesome kitchen. The one really great thing that sets this house apart is that it wasn't full of bunk beds, each bedroom had a full size or bigger bed so that multiple adults could stay instead of 2 adults and 1000 kids. Will definitely keep an eye on this property for future trips and definitely want to stay there again.

Great short term stay

Great place for a family get together!

Had a great time staying at this beautiful place to celebrate my mom’s 80th birthday with our out of town family. Kitchen and family room was perfect place for our gathering and accommodated everyone comfortably. Teens enjoyed their own space to play games, watch movies and play ping pong in the basement. Thanks for hosting us and allowing us to make some great memories!

We stayed for 3 nights. To go to Lagoon and swim park in Provo. It was so nice and cool and close to Lagoon. House was absolutely beautiful. It was well stocked with everything we could possibly use. The location to everything was perfect. We came in for our granddaughter’s 1st birthday and the house was the best for visiting and allowing the 2 cousins to play with each other. We will be renting it again in the future whenever we all can get together again.

Close to everything SLC has to offer

The location was perfect for our group! We were able to easily get to all of the locations we wanted to go and the house was perfect for our group in the down time. With 6 teenagers, this place was set up perfectly with plenty of sleeping space and room to relax.

Great oasis for multi-family week long stay

We traveled for softball and this home had everything we needed and more! It was hot, and the AC worked wonderfully, there was space for everyone and the kids had a blast. Close to the Hill Air Museum which was a huge hit! Close to multiple stores, restaurants and multiple softball fields.

This house was the perfect size for our group. There was plenty of bedding for all and the home was clean and well maintained. Our Host was wonderful at communicating with us. The home was nice and cool to come to after a long day of traveling.

Immaculate, well supplied, in quiet neighborhood

Family traveled here for wedding rehearsal, wedding and gatherings (elsewhere). House was supplied with ample necessities, only calling for one grocery trip so that Grandpa could cook Sunday morning breakfast for all. We had 8 adults and 2 children. Couldn’t find “the notebook” or “neighborhood list” until discovered one email, so missed the path to the playground. All bedrooms are either up or down a long, steep flight of stairs. Difficult for 80-year-olds and those with injured ankles/knees. Otherwise, a great house.

Family reunion

We stayed with our three sons and their spouses along with 5 grandchildren and it was perfect. There is enough room to find an escape. Plenty of room to all eat together. Enough bathrooms. Comfortable beds. Nice showers. Close to park. It was great. I highly recommend this house

A great vacation

This house was delightful. We were a family of six and the house was spacious, immaculate and well stocked. It was very easy to communicate with the owners and they went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. The neighborhood was lovely and convenient to stores. We were skiing at Sunbasin and Powder Mountains, the former being closer by about 10 to 15 minutes. I have stayed in "VRBO's" all over the US and abroad, this was a great house.

Family Gathering

There were 10 of us gathered for the birthdays of a granddaughter and 2 great grandchildren. Other family members and friends came to visit. It was the perfect home for this occasion. We had several meals there. Everything we needed was on hand there. Everything worked great. We enjoyed playing ping pong and played video games on the basement TV. The kitchen and family room were great for gathering. We showed family photos on the large TV in the family room. It was nice to have the park and playground close. We loved the master bedroom and bathroom. Overall, it was a wonderful stay! We would definitely come back or recommend it to others.

Wedding weekend

We had a great time at this house. It was perfect for my family. We came for our son’s wedding and had my entire family plus my parents stay with us. We never felt too crowded. We played games around the dining table. We sat in the patio area. There were plenty of chairs and in the shade it was perfect. It was close to the freeway for easy access to anywhere we wanted to go. I would come back here again.

We are the Lovell’s. We are high school sweethearts raised in Utah. We have 6 awesome children that we raised in Washington State. One by one they are growing up and moving back to Utah. A couple have started their own families. Our goal is to spend as much time with them as possible so we decided to invest into a second home in Utah.

We chose this property because it is centrally located in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood close to our children and close to lakes and ski resorts.
We love all the open space and proximity to an awesome park. Our family loves to play together so this home allows us to spread out and play games inside and out. We love comfort so we furnished this home with super comfortable beds and furniture. We add things every time we visit to make it as homey as possible. We hope you will enjoy this home as much as we do.
