My family consisting of my husband, 6 adult children/ their spouses, one two year old child, an infant, and myself stayed at the beautiful house. Everything was as advertised. Al was great to work with. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet. Close to some amazing golf courses and views. This is the 2nd time staying here and highly recommend.

Everything was great except for the large pile of garbage in the garage. Made the inside of the cars stink. I guess there has not been anyone there to take the trash out on Tuesdays. Needs more silverware. The property was very nice and plenty of room. Thanks

Very spacious, clean and comfortable home in nice neighborhood. Close to all the attractions, grocery store and restaurants. Driveway a little more elevated than expected for U-Haul and kitchen had limited supplies. Overall look forward to our next visit.

Beautiful house
The house was as advertised. Plenty of room for my family. We had to contact the owner about a couple of things and he promptly handled them. Highly recommended and will always consider it an option when we have that big a group.

High Quality Home
High quality home in nice area with garage and large back yard. I liked the layout of the house in that all but one bedroom (converted office) were separated from the kitchen and living room. The house was spacious and accommodated 7 of us easily. Nice having large laundry room in the house. A little trouble getting into the house upon arrival as the code for entry was not working, but the owner responded quickly to a call and resolved the issue. My only critique is that the home did not have any extra garbage bags, very limited cookware, non-working can opener, and only a few extra rolls of toilet paper. Some of these extras are found in most rentals. Otherwise, all was great!

Maintenance needed!!!
The house as a whole is nice, but it needs some work, TVs are just leaning up against the walls in bedrooms, toilet paper holders were falling off, ceiling fans couldn’t be used, they knocked, sounded like it they were falling, the lighting is that strange blue light so it’s hard to see. The washer made such a loud noise it would wake the sleeping babies every time. We attempted to cook dinner, the house isn’t fully stocked to cook for a large group, barley any pots or pans and missing basic tools you need. The patio and lawn furniture was very disappointing. The most upsetting thing was the garage floor covered in nails, luckily our tires were ok. We expected better!

We enjoyed our stay but would have appreciated if all the trash from previous guests would have been taken care of. Also, we found a pack of cigarettes under the corner of the nightstand and popcorn and pez under the edge of the couch. ..... so while it appeared clean at first glance we were somewhat disappointed in the cleanliness. Everything else was great. We appreciated the extra toilet paper, dish detergent, trash bags, etc. We would stay there again.

Huge home with amazing location and amenities!
We had an amazing stay at the Buffalo Ridge Retreat! The house was very clean, nicely furnished and had plenty of space for kids to run around, inside and out! We love the space our back for our dog, too! We were pleasantly surprised to find another queen bed in the front bedroom, when we thought it would be a pullout couch. This gave us plenty of space to spread out grandparents and two families of 4! The pool we had access to was incredible! It sits at the top of the bluff and was just the most beautiful view! We spent two full days just hanging out there, with very few, other residents. My husband and I also took advantage of the workout room! It was perfect for our weight training routine. The location was perfect. Quiet neighborhood just out of town, but still very easy and quick to get into Branson or Hollister for groceries. Our only negatives: the beds weren’t very comfortable and were very noisy when turning over, so sleeping was a little tough. We also had some trouble with the door lock battery dying, but were able to get a hold of Destiny quickly and she helped us find the spare key. We would love to go back and stay again!
