Enjoy your own tropical paradise at this 3-bedroom bungalow, featuring a hot tub, multiple outdoor decks, a ping pong table, table hockey, Ms. Pac-Man arcade game, corn hole, and a lush pet and kid-friendly backyard. This home is a short walk to the beaches and restaurants of Oceanside and still manages to be just a short drive from some of Southern California's main attractions.

We supply your family with everything needed for the ultimate family vacation! We have all the beach gear: two boogie boards, sand toys, four backpack beach chairs, and a rolling cooler needed to enjoy the Oceanside waves from sunrise to sunset.
After a long day at the beach, the family will have plenty of space to relax (indoors or out). Pick from either one of the large indoor or outdoor kitchens to create the BBQ feast you've been dreaming about. Afterward, the multiple outdoor decks give you a front-row view for stargazing while enjoying the hot tub, or you can enjoy a friendly game of family ping pong in the outdoor game room! A long day comes to a perfect end in any one of the comfy beds we have available in the 3 large bedrooms. With hotel-quality sheets and thoughtful furnishings, this relaxing oasis will set the backdrop for your perfect family vacation. Come enjoy Oceanside at our tropical retreat!

- Max occupancy at all times: 8
- Quiet Hours: 9pm - 9am
- NO PARTIES, GATHERINGS, NO VISITING GUESTS IF IT EXCEEDS MAX OCCUPANCY, OR EVENTS ALLOWED - Strictly enforced.
- PET FRIENDLY: There is a $40 pet fee per night, per pet. Only non-shedding pets, please ◡̈ We only accept dogs. Please inquire about other pets allowed with our Reservations Department. If you bring furry friends, we ask that you do not allow them outside during quiet hours, as neighbors are very sensitive. Please do not leave your pets alone unattended during your stay.
- There shall be no video, still photography or film production of any kind without the express written consent of the owner.

PLEASE NOTE!
- Please take note that this home is NOT baby and/or child proofed. It is your responsibility to walk the home and/or property upon arrival, to make this space safe for your children. We assume no liability for harm/death to any baby or child staying or visiting this vacation rental.
- There is exterior surveillance camera recording 24/7. The camera is located in the garden area/front yard
- The chiminea is to not be used.
- Please note that early check-ins and late check-outs are available at our discretion. There are extra fees for either of these add-ons when available.

CANCELLATION POLICY
- A thirty (30) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than thirty (30) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty, aside from a $500 restocking fee.
- Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 30 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment (not including deposit and cleaning fee).
- Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent. If you wish to shorten your existing reservation with VRBKIM, and your reservation is further than 30 days away, we do charge a $100 restocking fee to make this adjustment.

Parties and Overoccupancy Policy:
If the guest violates any of our rules regarding noise, parties, or overoccupancy, and the host receives complaints from neighbors, a $500 fine will be imposed per occurrence. In addition, should these allegations be found true, the guest will be subject to immediate eviction without a refund.
