Family Stay

Pros: There was ample space with thoughtful layout, quality appliances, and a quiet community. The management company was responsive with communication even if problems couldn't be fixed right away. There was a pack-and-play on site, and there were also plenty of kids' dishes. Cons: The site was not clean when we arrived, the greenhouse was not available (Keep out signs posted—contrary to the listing), there was no working cooktop or hot water during our stay, and the beds were very firm. Note: The house is a long way down a gravel road, which is not an issue in itself, but drivers of nicer cars may want to know. The backyard has a fenced-in man-made pond (not swimmable) and bee hives. Parents of small children may want to know.

Fun time spent with family here in this beautiful home. Enjoyed the Cheyenne Frontier Days and my daughter got engaged in the backyard amongst the beautiful views. Thank you for a great stay.

Great recommendation!

Amazing home and well maintained with extras. It was a great place to go see our grandchildren and daughters. I withheld 1 star only because we would had enjoyed the hot tub but the property management had noticed it needed maintenance. We were informed before checking in. We were reimbursed the hot tub fees. It was still a great experience and we would stay again. If this home wasnt available when we needed it, wewould behappy to look into other rentals from the same company

Our family met there for a visit. Personally from Wyoming, and personally from Michigan we had a wonderful time. Everybody enjoyed that tub had two wonderful meals we cooked and fully stacked the kitchen couldn’t ask for more. Thank you again, for a wonderful time.

Great House and location

We needed a place for my large family to come for a family event. The house was perfect. It easily accommodated the family and we even had a large dinner with all the family coming over. The kids and adults enjoyed the hot tub. Wish the yard had been mowed around the house so we could have sat more outside, but overall it was a great stay and I would rent again.

Gem in the Prairie

The home was well appointed and very updated. We enjoyed our short visit and the Mgmt responded quickly to a couple needs. The description did not tell us about the three Mike dirt road to the property. Fine for a rental car but glad it wasn’t our personal vehicle. I would have given 5 star if the beds weren’t so hard. I’m hoping they will either put a memory foam topper in the closet or replace the mattress as it was brutal. I hate leaving any negative remark but it’s true and I feel I need to let people know. Other than that the property was great.

Super new property, hot tub not maintained

Great property. Very clean other than moths and hot tub. Fabulous kitchen, pans, utensils, etc. Nice Working gas’s grill. Laundry. Plenty of room. Lots of moths. Not sure where they’re coming from. We had to clean them with vacuum. Hot tub not maintained. Very high ph and alkalinity. Green water with slim. It’s a shame for such a new property and hot tub.

Beautiful Retreat!

Pros: Property manager was very quick and helpful. House has an amazing layout for families or groups. The property is beautiful. The kitchen is fully stocked. Cons: The neighborhood streets to get to the house were unpaved and completely beat us and our car up.
