There is also a gas grill for outdoor cooking and a hot and cold outdoor shower and changing area, perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach.

Upon entering the home, you are welcomed to an open living area, kitchen, and dining area - ideal for gathering together. The living room has comfortable seating and a large Smart-TV, while the dining table seats eight people and the breakfast bar seats three. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, a flat surface cooktop, and a Keurig coffee maker, as well as everything you need to prepare your favorite meals.

A full bathroom with a walk-in shower is just beyond the kitchen, accessible from the guest bedroom on this level. The bedroom has a Queen-size bed and a flat-screen TV. There is one additional bedroom on this level with a double bunk bed (double bed with double bunk on top).

There are three bedrooms on the top floor of the home. The main bedroom has a king-size bed, flat-screen television, and access to the third-floor covered balcony, as well as a large ensuite bathroom with dual vanities, a walk-in shower, and a large soaking tub. The second bedroom has a Queen-sized bed, a TV with balcony access, and an ensuite bathroom with access from the bedroom and the hall. Finally, the third upstairs bedroom has a Queen-size bed and a flat-screen TV.
