Great guy retreat
I can't express enough how epic our guys' weekend was at this luxury house on Lake LBJ in Granite Shoals! From the moment we arrived, we knew we were in for a fantastic time. The house itself was the ultimate bachelor pad. It offered all the space we needed to unwind and enjoy ourselves. The stylish decor and spacious rooms made it the perfect setting for our group. Plus, the outdoor patios provided plenty of spots for us to kick back, enjoy some cold ones, and take in the breathtaking views of the lake. What a blast it was to have access to the water right off the dock! Swimming, fishing, and just soaking up the sun on the lake made for some unforgettable moments. And let's not forget the thrill of bringing our own boats and jet skis to ride the waves - we were living our best lives! The staff was super chill, ensuring everything was in top-notch condition and making sure we had everything we needed to have a great time. All in all, if you're planning a guys' weekend, this luxury house on Lake LBJ is an absolute winner. The perfect combination of luxury, activities, and beautiful surroundings makes it the ideal destination to bond with your bros and create memories that will be the stuff of legends. We're already planning our next adventure here!

Nice quiet neighborhood, easy access to Kingsland and Marble Falls. Great dock and access to lake. Will definitely book again in the spring/summer. The amenities on site was entertaining for the kids and our furry family loved the yard.

Beautiful House on the Water.
The house is great. Our group consisted of 4 married couples. There was more than enough room for our relatively large group. The house is fully stocked with everything that you need. The fenced backyard was great as well. The boat dock is large and in great shape. I highly recommend this house for anyone including large groups.

Fourth of July family vacation
The home was beautiful, the kitchen was stocked completely, everything was clean, organized and very comfortable. The yard leading to the dock and Lake is small but perfect. There were even lake toys for us to use. Paddle boards, floats and outdoor cooking. The dock was also very nice and we were able to swim and float. There was a boat available to rent but we did not do that. The property manager checked in with us a few times by text message. We had a great weekend and would return if available.

Luxury waterfront home
The property is unassuming on the curb appeal and you drive through a gnarly neighborhood to get there, but once you arrive and enter, the accommodations are wonderful. It’s an older area that is being redeveloped-older lake houses being redone-bring your boat to ride around and look at the area and houses. Plenty of room, top-notch linens and fully stocked kitchen for a rental. I do wish there was a second refrigerator even in the laundry area for drinks and overflow-sleeps 14 but only 1 fridge! We put our coolers outside and iced them daily. The windows with the lake view were pretty much useless by the second day due to Blue Heron poop (and I mean huge streaks of poop destroying the view and on the pathway and the car) which was due to 2 nests in the trees. The property management was aware of this and is trying to address the problem-you cannot remove the nests, but I should have been told of the situation. I paid a pretty penny for the property with no view and cleaning off the car daily. If they can figure out how to keep the birds from nesting right over the property, we will consider staying there again. Restaurants were easy to get to-the HEB was also close!

Area is less developed so you need to prepare enough foods and in house entertainment while you stay. Single separate room does not have closet and hair dryer. But management is good. After all we have a good time.
