Best place to stay in Emerald Island... 3 bedrooms, 2 baths with beautiful furniture, updated appliances, and gorgeous fixtures. Everything has been replaced in this home. Come here to relax in your home away from home or visit the parks, which are just minutes away!

The home is fully equipped for you to enjoy a family vacation or getaway.

As you enter the home, you will notice the fully fitted kitchen with granite countertops and the comfortable lounge with a large-screen TV.

Just off this lounge area is the master suite with a king-size bed, TV, and ensuite.

On the other side of the lounge are the 2 other bedrooms; both have queen-sized beds and TVs. These 2 rooms share the second bathroom. All rooms have Ashley Furniture décor.

As you move through the lounge area, you can see the screened-in deck and pool. The screened-in pool is fitted with a privacy screen on the lower panels. The pool can be heated for an extra cost. Pool heat is not like a jacuzzi; the heat will vary depending on the weather. The temperature will be anywhere from the upper 70s in winter to the high 80s.

Comfortable stay

The location of this home is perfect for Disney. Easy access in and out to the parks. Every amenity you could imagine with 1-2 miles, food, shopping, etc. The pool was crystal clear. The home is very tastefully decorated. The amenities at the club house are nice, a second larger pool, hot tub, mini golf, tennis, etc. Will return!

Golf Trip

Loved the Condo we stayed at, minor inconveniences that got worked out after a call to the property manager. (Not enough bath towels, keypad battery message reminder and no backup batteries for tv remote). Beautiful area, quiet neighborhood, lots of early morning walkers. Will stay again if schedule permits.

Perfect adult family getaway

We stayed at this property for almost 2 weeks and we have no complains. The resort community it is in is pristine and it always felt like we were on our own little island. Would come back in a heartbeat.

We stayed at this location to go to Disney. It was very close. Beds were comfortable but all sunk in the middle. Very few towels, otherwise great trip.

Emerald Island Gem

This is the perfect Disney getaway. We travel to Florida a few times a year to cruise and we like to extend our trips on the front end in the Kissimmee area. This home is well maintained, comfortable and full of amenities. In addition, the property host is readily available and responsive to any issues. We fully enjoyed our stay.

Nice and clean perfect little home for small family

My stay great. The home was very clean. The only issue we had was not enough towles when bathing. Also if you stay go to walmart and buy extra paper towels, toilet paper and washing and dish detergent they didn't supply any of these items. Since they ask for you to start the washer beforeleaving for all towela.

Overall GREAT experience

I had 1 issue with my stay and it was resolved with no questions asked. Only thing I would have done differently is have the pool heated in the off season months.

Disney vacation

The house is exactly as described and pictures. Liza was very responsive prior too and during our stay. The master bedroom is very comfortable as were the other beds. Great value for a Disney vacation. The house is about 15 min to all of the theme parks and Disney Springs. Walmart, Publix and Starbucks are also very close.

Unable to access house first night

Flight arrived hours late, got to property after midnight, no lights on, pitch black,tried access code on key box, didn't work, tried calling vrbo for help but no answer, emailed owner but no response (should have had a phone number to call), had to find a hotel for the night (an extra cost that we should not have encountered), received email in morning with additional instructions so able to enter property. Should be mandatory to have an emergency phone number to call

House was wonderful. About 15 minutes to Disney parks. Walmart just 10 minutes down the road to grab groceries. Can’t say we had any real issues. We would happily stay here again!

Besides the neighbors booming music everyday our entire trip and the smell of weed all day long, the place was very nice. Bathrooms could have been cleaner. But very close to Disney. Thank you for letting us stay!

Great location

Emerald Island is a great location and lovely setting. The villa is good value but needs some investment in new garden furniture, sheets, lights not working etc. Property wasn't super clean but the management were great in sorting quickly. Didnt impact a great holiday and would still recommend the villa for value but be aware it's not perfect

Fabulous!

The villa was very clean and well equipped. In a quiet area, in the well maintained and gated Emerald Island resort very close to Disney Brilliant kitchen well equipped with lots of new items. Great fridge freezer and washer and separate drier. Bedrooms were spacious and comfortable beds. Lovely bathrooms with showers TV’s in all rooms were good and Wi-Fi connection was strong and reliable. The pool was lovely it’s starting to show signs of age with some damage on the bottom of the pool - no big concern and I believe this is being upgraded later this year. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay ! Liza was very responsive with any questions we would definitely stay again .

Emerald Island is no more than 4 miles from Disney World Attractions. Many first-time visitors to Orlando area do not understand the traffic patterns during the busy morning and late evening hours. The last thing you want to do during your vacation stay is to drive 15-20 miles to reach your vacation home after a busy day at parks. Driving that far means that it takes almost an hour in Orlando area if you have to drive 15-20 miles. Wouldn't you rather spend that extra hour in the theme parks with Mickey, Minnie and their friends than on the roads?
