During our busy season our weekly rentals, check in on Saturday or Sunday at 3:00 pm until the following Saturday or Sunday and check out will be at 10:00 am.
Please reserve early, we book up very quickly for the Spring, Summer and Fall months.

Other times of the year we will consider less than a weekly rental with a 3 night minimum (we do have a cleaning fee).
We do have weekly/monthly rates available in the off season.

John the owner of the home was great. I had an issue with the coffee maker and within a couple of hours, Amy bought us a brand new coffee maker .The views and the condo was amazing. We will be back.

Great spot on the water

Great owners. Very helpful. Place had everything we needed to have a great time. Nice balcony to sit outside and relax. Best part was the little inlet where my son spent most of his time catching little fish. Restaurant was also convenient for takeout if you don’t feel like cooking.

Family Beach Vacation

Great spot to stay in Myrtle. Very nice condo room that doesn’t disappoint. The condo gave enough space for our 4 person family to feel like we were at home. Would definitely recommend!

We hit the jackpot with this booking.

We hadn’t been on a family vacation in over 5 years because things just just didn’t line up for us. Fortunately we decided to make it happen this year and had no clue where to start. We needed enough room that we weren’t on top of each other, and plenty of pools and beach to explore. Aside from my wife and I, we had two 14 yr olds and a 7 yr old, and we had more than enough space and privacy in this condo. It is so nice. All the floors were all upgraded tile so no worrying about a wet carpet smell, etc. This place was FRESH and clean all the way around with a huge balcony. The property was amazing, the pizza shop on the 3rd floor was some of the best pizza we had, and the pool swim up bar was great. Across the street was barefoot landing with unlimited eating, drinking, and activities. As far as the booking process, it was the best I’ve ever experienced. John called us before our stay and during our stay to check up on us and make sure our trip was smooth with no worries. As much as we would like to explore more of the east coast for our next vacation, I think we have been sucked into this resort simply because of how amazing of an experience it was. A+++++

Wonderful North Myrtle Beach Stay

This condo is gorgeous and so is the entire property. My family loved the pools, the bars, and the convenience of the third floor pizza shop. All of the furniture was very comfortable and the kitchen is stocked fully w/pots, pans, utensils, cups, and more. I didn’t use it, but there is even an air fryer! The washer/ dryer were quite handy. Everything in this listing is as pictured or better. I would definitely rent this condo again. The owners were friendly and very communicative!

Nice clean property, exactly as described and portrayed in photos. Owners very friendly and accessible. Check in process smooth. Only ‘negative’ for us has absolutely nothing to do with the actual property or owners but we did find it a bit loud. The resort has a DJ during the day in the pool area and they blast the music. As this condo is only 3rd floor, the music can be heard through the sliders. Resort is also very busy. We realize we prefer a slower, quieter environment directly on the beach.

John and Terry were A+ hosts

John and Terry were wonderful hosts from beginning to end. This was our first time booking through Vrbo. John communicated with us throughout the entire process answering any and all questions we had. He even checked in with us during our stay to make sure everything was ok. The condo was immaculate and newly renovated. We stayed in North Beach towers for 7 years and this was, by far, the nicest condo we rented. All the extra touches were appreciated like the binoculars to use on the balcony, puzzle and chess game, to name a few. We would highly recommend booking with John and Terry.

Offers Everything and More!

We could not ask for a better experience staying at this North Beach Property. The Crudos were the ultimate hosts. The condo itself is spacious and newly updated. The views are exceptional. The Resort property was the perfect mix of everything. As parents of young children, we love to find the perfect mix of easy access to beach and amenities, with the blend of family friendly and adult vibe. This property offers all of it! Right near the center of everything you need at Barefoot Landing, with shops, restaurants, etc. We cannot wait to visit next year!
