Family Spring Break - would stay here again

Location is fantastic. Perfect for young families as we were back and forth from the beach frequently each day. Kids loved playing in the grassy area at the condo. Beach was pristine and having the chairs and umbrella set up early each morning was wonderful. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Rental on the water!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our stay at Capistrano. Great location to Rosemary and Alys Beach. The dog friendly apartment was perfect for our pooch as she had a nice grass area to run and we could just walk straight down to the water. Private parking space. High quality furnishings and clean unit! No beach towels included- so pack your own. But beach chairs and umbrellas are included. We will certainly return in the future!

Great location, but bare bones

Hard to argue that the location isn’t the best thing about this listing. The building is a bit dated, but has been kept up and updated within reason. Condo was clean in as much as it had clearly been turned over before our arrival, but showing general signs of wear and rust. Also, and I don’t know if it’s just me being picky, but I cannot stand the type of bright white LED lights that are used in every fixture of the place. All in all it’s a good value for the location, but corners have been cut I suppose.

Labor Day Get Away

The condo was awesome! It was super clean and we had everything we needed. It is in a great location and getting to the beach was a breeze. We had a very relaxing weekend. So, if you're all about that beach life and cozy living, this place nailed it! We would definitely stay here again.

Always a pleasure staying at Capistrano E101

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our second time staying at this location. We have two toddlers (3 and 2 years) and it was perfect. The apartment is safe and child friendly and we love that we can have them play outside in the grass area. There were only 2 "problems" but they didn't affect us directly. One being that the main shower was EXTREMELY slow to drain, but we used the hall bathroom for showers, no problem. Secondly, the internet was pretty weak. Both of these issues were addressed by the manager. We would love to book again, but our family is growing and we will need more space.We used bikes to make our way to Rosemary beach or to Big Chill. It was awesome.

Perfect condo for enjoying a spectacular beach

This condo served us well during Memorial Day weekend and the following week. No issues with the condo, and communication with the manager was outstanding. The 2nd bedroom has no windows, but we liked it because our two kids nap better in the dark. We found everything else as described in the listing. We hope to come back. We were here for the beach, and that’s all we really cared about. The beach itself is spectacular. The beachfront in front of the condo was busy but definitely not as crowded as Seaside. There are still obnoxious people here with loud boomboxes, but I don’t think you can avoid that anywhere along 30A. (Why do so many people assume I want to listen to their music on the beach?) If you arrive to the beach after 9:30, you might not find front-row space. But there also wasn’t a sunrise race to set up, as we experienced at Seaside a couple years ago. Capistrano guests had daily battles with the adjacent homeowners who would come down and tell people to get off their private beach. (Ridiculous, but a recent Florida law gives them this right.) So, when you’re looking at satellite imagery of the beach, be aware that Capistrano guests are restricted to set up in front of the condo along with guests from other authorized properties. And, because the lock on the gate to the beach doesn’t work, you’ll see several locals who access the beach here too. If you want a really quiet beach experience, drive a couple miles to Deer Lake State Park.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great little condo in a nice section minutes away from Alys Beach. Condo was clean and as described. Beach access is pretty although be aware there are a lot of stairs but it was fine for us. We had some WiFi issues and there were some pet stains from previous guests but management staff was responsive and helpful and checked in with us, highly recommend the company. Only other negative is the beds were uncomfortable. Overall this was a nice condo in a very nice area and we would stay here again.

Just perfect

The description accurately depicts this lovely beachfront property. The home is cozy and clean and so inviting. The back porch is shaded and protected during rain and the living room is delightful if ever you don’t want to be out on the beautiful white sandy beach! In addition to all the amenities listed there were lots of other small touches that made the stay even nicer, plenty of dish washer soap, lots of towels, extra paper towels, toilet paper and Kleenex. Internet, spacious closets and storage. The host checked in on us and was super communicative and helpful. Definitely worthy of a repeat. Hoping to get a chance to do that soon.

Capistrano Stay

We enjoyed our two week stay at this condo unit. It was nice to be on the lower level with easy access to the beach. My husband worked during the day and never had any problems with the internet. The condo was clean and simple. Great place to stay with a pet.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Right on the beach. We have a small dog, so wonderful being 1st floor, so we could let her out easily to a large grassy area. We biked to Rosemary Beach/Ally Beach every day. Very easy bike ride with sidewalk (5 minutes). Unit very clean. My only complaint, is showers very small. Would be concerned if elderly. Complimentary chairs (2) w/ umbrella and table on the beach every morning with our unit number on it. There are many steps going down to the beach, so this was wonderful not needing to bring chairs back and forth. Wonderful quaint space will definitely go again.
