Overall good
Overall a good stay! Excellent location for ski-in/out. The hot tub is amazing, especially after a day of skiing. Great location to grocery store, restaurants and things to do downtown. Recommend Grub Steak restaurant if you are looking for a good steakhouse nearby. Why we knocked it from 5-stars to 4: -The main bathroom on the first floor has EXTREMELY hard water pressure. Not sure that it would be safe for kids. -The hot water also runs out a quickly. We had 6 adults and hot water would run out after approx 2 quick showers. We sent a message through VRBO to the owner and received a reply that they would look at it, but they did not during our stay. -There was only 1 roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. When we ran out, we asked the maid for more, but she never brought anymore. -No Kleenexes in the condo. -No hot pads in the kitchen for cooking. Even though we have several concerns with this place, I do not think any are a deal breaker. We would still come back for the location of the ski-in/out.

Family Holiday Retreat
Our family loved this property. The location is close, short drive, to the Mountain Village and Main Street and is located a short walk from the First Time Lift. The property was very well kept and clean. The kitchen is also well stocked with pots and utensils to cook in the condo. It was also really nice to have a grill on the porch. The layout is perfect for two families; two bedrooms on the main level and a loft upstairs for kids. Our kids loved the independence of their own area in the loft.

Fantastic condo
Such a great unit at Snowflower! Super responsive management when we ran into any issues. We had a few minor issues and they were very responsive and quick to help. Great unit with lots of space and a fantastic location. We will definitely be booking this unit again.

Perfect Location for skiing
We had a great time! Prompt communication during our stay. Beautiful condo! I would stock more towels but we just washed when we needed. Also more hangers, we bought some to add but other than those minor things the stay was great! The teens loved their own area upstairs!

It was a great condo, nice kitchen, great location. I was a bit concerned regarding blankets and throws. Two blankets had blood and spots from spilled juice. I had to wash it. Made me thought that blankets was not washed/ sanitized.

Fabulous property in a great location. Beds are comfortable. Showers are great and hot water never ends. Best thing about the property is the location! Wow. So easy. Love the hot tub. It is huge and so easy to find from the condo. Extremely convenient!! Would come back in a minute!!

We loved this property. It was very close to everywhere that we wanted to go. The bus stop was extremely close and very easy to use. We loved to walk everywhere from the condo. All of our teenagers love it as well! We will definitely be back!

Wonderful stay!
We really had a great stay in Park City at this condo. Walking distance to the resort and Old Town made location perfect. The owner was available to address any questions and we enjoyed the amenities. The layout is perfect for a family and we had ample room for everyone.

Excellent Condo for a stay in Park City
My family and I enjoyed staying at this property. It was close to the activities we wanted to participate in and had easy access to the highway to travel to other locations. The management was very responsive to our needs. The building was having the roof replaced and there was considerable noise just at a time I needed to have a zoom sales meeting. Management helped us find another open unit to use. The one complaint we had was that the unit did not have AC and we were there during an extraordinary heat wave. It usually isn't an issue and the area cools down at night but since we usually got back to the unit around 10pm, the unit did not cool well and we were not comfortable keeping all the windows open at night. We had a couple of tough sleep nights but management was quick to bring fans for us that really helped. With climate change being a new reality, a minimum of ceiling fans in the bedrooms would be welcome. If you go during the summer, this is a consideration.

Everything about the condo was perfect for our family to enjoy skiing this spring. Being able to walk to the lift made it quick to get on the slopes faster and easy to come back for lunch. Check in was easy and the pictures of the condo are exactly as you see it. Will definitely stay again. Loved it!

Great stay! Our family enjoyed the property but did find that it was a little further from the base than we were expecting. Def a 10-15 min walk (with little ones) from the condo to the base of the mountain.

Ski-In Ski-Out As Advertised
You can literally ski within 10 yards of the elevator to the room. Easy access to ski locker on the way to and from the lifts. Eagle is the closest lift and gets you up the mountain with little hastle. First Time lift opens 8:45 or earlier, allowing you to get up and over to Crescent/Pay Day. Kids loved the place and not having to trek to far to get to the mountain. For best access to mountain lessons, take First Time up and around rather than walking to Ski School.

Perfect location to everything especially the lifts!
We loved our stay here. Connie is a fantastic host. The condo was clean and the location to both the lifts and hot tub/pool couldn't be beat!! We will definitely stay here again and I highly recommend this condo for families.

On mountain with ease
The property is just as listed and is within steps of the chair lifts, and a short walk I’ve to the ice rink and bar. Check in was super easy as was using the hot tub and ski lockers.

Fantastic Property and Connie and her Staff were excellent
Just returned from a great 4 night stay at this property. Communication with Connie and her staff was excellent - from a few questions prior to booking to a quick question once we arrived - all answered immediately. The property was great, all the amenities from extra bath tissue, trash bags, spices, detergent and even an abundance of soap and shampoo - just everything you'd need for the entire stay all stocked up, never had to worry about any of that. The water pressure in the shower was fantastic - a great experience after a long day on the slopes.. Location of the property is a 30 yard walk from the ski locker to the run where we put on the skis and headed to the First Time lift to begin each day - could not be more convenient. Loved everything about the place and can't wait to return and book again. Thank you Connie for a great family vacation...
