The Space:

After an exciting day of endless adventures, relax in the lounge area with a comfortable love seat and armchair seating. The rest of the group can also head to the family room, where you can cozy up with loved ones while cherishing the warmth of the indoor gas fireplace. Watch your favorite movie on the large flat-screen TV as you unwind for the night. The chef in your group will appreciate the fully-equipped kitchen, where they can whip up a delicious homemade meal for the group. Enjoy your dinner in the dining area, as you exchange stories of your exciting day in Park City.
Access to the private outdoor patio is through the family room; step out, relax, and breathe in the fresh mountain air as you gaze out into the beautiful sceneries of the shared backyard. The backdrop of the Park City Mountain Base resort will have you in awe. The outdoor gas grill is the perfect way for the master griller of your group to show off their bbq skills.
For a night of peaceful rest, head upstairs, where you will have access to 4 bedrooms. The master bedroom features a lovely king-size bed, a lounge chair, access to a private outdoor balcony, and an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom features a beautiful king-size bed, and a bathroom with a shower/tub combo down the hall. Around the corner, you will see the Third bedroom that has 2 comfortable twin-size beds. In the fourth bedroom, there is a twinXL over a queen bunk bed. This bedroom also has it's own bathroom.
This condo is an end unit and will give you one of the best views in the complex, as well as natural lighting with additional windows throughout the home. A laundry room with a washer and dryer, on the second floor of the house, is located next to the kitchen. A half bathroom is also available on the main floor of the house. Guests will have access to the shared outdoor pool in the complex.
Guest Access:
Guest will have access to the entire home, outdoor patio, and community outdoor pool. You will also have access to 1 covered parking spot with 1 additional space in the driveway.

Getting Around:
This condo is conveniently located within walking distance to ski shops, cafés, restaurants, and grocery stores. Park City Main Street Historic District is a short 15-minute free bus ride with Fresh Market/DoubleTree Hotel bus stop on multiple routes only a 3-minute walk from the condo. Park City Mountain Resort base, located within 0.5 mile from the entrance of the condo, will bring you to the best ski runs in Park City. Uber/Lyft are always available.
Other Things to Note:
Pool and hot tub hours are 12:30pm-8pm via outer gate for the Spring season.
Interior painting of the Clubhouse is expected to begin on Wednesday, May 1st. Interior paint should last at least three days, during which time the Clubhouse will not be accessible for use.
The North spa will be resurfaced in May. This work will take approximately two to three weeks. As always, outdoor work is dependent on weather.
The South spa is expected to remain open while the North spa is resurfaced.
Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.
