This spacious home features a large private yard with pool, spa and spectacular mountain views. An open floor plan with a nicely stocked kitchen and comfortable living room will give you and your family the space to relax and unwind after a day of adventure. Just minutes from the Palm Springs airport and 10 minutes from downtown Palm Springs with all it's shops, restaurants and hundreds of places to visit. Golfing, biking, museum and casino are just minutes away. After your day of sightseeing come home to relax in the heated spa. Everything you need is here for your perfect getaway.
Large backyard with covered patio, propane BBQ, lounge chairs and plenty of seating to take in the breathtaking views. Come for a week or stay for a month. Discounted prices currently offered. Pool heating is an additional $75 per day. Spa heating is included with rent.

1st time in Palm Springs

House was very clean, comfortable & well stocked. Convenient & quiet neighborhood. I would easily recommend this home to others & would definitely stay there again. Only negative is that heating the spa or pool is way too complicated for a renter. The written instructions are fairly clear but I wonder if that process could be simplified?

Nice property. Master shower head trickles and needs a decal treatment or replacement. Yappy dogs in neighboring yard. Loved being able to use the garage. Super quiet location. Would stay here again.

Relaxing desert getaway

Clean, well-equipped house; good location in very quiet neighborhood but still close to downtown and other activities. Pool and hot tub were great, both during hot (100) days and cool desert nights. Manager was very responsive, not that we had any issues: easy check-in/out, lots of local information and amenities provided. We really enjoyed our stay.

Comfortable house with added bonus of excellent outdoor space providing privacy and mountain view’s from pool/spa area. Easy enough access to business district snd hiking as well. Al was very supportive when a question arose.

4th of July Stay

Everything was perfect for me and my family. The house’s location was ideal for us. If we needed anything at all it was only a 10 min drive. The amenities Al provided made us feel at home. The house was clean and cool especially with record breaking heat during our stay. We will definitely be rebooking soon.

Very good stay

My family and I had a great stay. Very clean and spacious property in a nice location. Al, the property manager, was very responsive and helpful getting me through heating the pool. The VRBO pics don’t do this place justice: it’s much nicer in person, especially the pool. There is a wonderful view of Mt Jacinto from backyard.

Really enjoyed our stay even though there were a few hiccups. Al, the property manager, was always quick to get back to us and help us figure out what was needed. The pool and spa were a bit tricky to figure out to operate but with a couple of tutorials from Al, we worked it out. Do suggest that it’s time to replace/repair verticals blinds. Some slats are missing and some slats are in backwards. Still would return for a future visit.

Great time with granddaughters!!

Second stay at this property. Had family with us for a few days. Everyone enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Views of the snow on the mountains and stars at night were super. Al was super to work with.

Not clean, lots of "broken stuff"

House is unclean. Yuck. Window shades broken. Lots of deferred maintenance. Yard not well cared for. It was "iffy", for sure. Couldn't follow complex directions to heat hot tub and when I called and followed directions from property manager Al Garcia, I was later charged extra dollars for heating the pool. I just followed Al's directions. Not happy about it.

Family Vacation in the Sunshine

Great house for a quiet week in the sunshine. Very quiet location but still close to all the fun stuff to do in town. Kitchen is nice and fully stocked. Only missing a coffee bean grinder - we bought one and left it, so that small gap is filled. :-). We will likely return next Fall when the Seattle days start to get short and wet. Palm Springs is great and this house is a great place to stay while you’re there.
