Great Experience

Everything went smooth with my visit. Easy check in and check out. Place was clean. Everything worked well, internet, tv, ac, etc. Super convenient for walking, shopping, and eating around the marina. Highly recommend.

Wonderful Location

This property is on the Marina and is in a perfect location. However, we did have some issues. We paid for cleaning but only got 1 clean in 25 days. There were no facilities to wash the few towels that were there, so we had to take our towels and bedding to the laundromat. The mattress was so lumpy and uncomfortable. But the pillows were yellow stained and old and very dirty. The blind in the bedroom fell off and they wanted to charge us $54 USD to fix it. They also tried to charge us $20/day for hydro, which we had prepaid. We found a lack of communication with the owner was a big problem. The staff were excellent helping with taxi's, places to visit, etc. I would recommend this place but ask a few questions before going.

Horrible experience. Water was cut off & unsafe

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Our water was shut off because owner hasn’t paid bills in 4 months. Sliding door to terrace was broken - felt very unsafe as apartment is on the first floor. ZERO response to calls, texts, emails to try and get help.

Great glance, poor structure.

The view and rooftop pool were beautiful. The studio was clean and tidy. The location was great. There were all kinds of things falling apart. The pool had a ton of tiles coming off the bottom and sides, making it dangerous for cutting your feet. The kitchen had uneven loose tiles in which you could trip and hurt yourself. The bedroom door lock was broken, so we used a broom handle to secure it. I let the company know about it, and supposedly something was going to get done, but not while we were there, so we had to take all of our valuables with us.

Location and Rooftop Views for days.

Perfect Marina Vallarta location in a new building with exquisite lobby, gym, rooftop pool and finishings in suite. This unit does not have any view, however, and was not soundproof - I could hear conversations and plumbing from other units in the floor. The property manager was excellent helping me solving an issue with the safe and would recommend this rental for the food price to anyone wanting to enjoy the Marina lifestyle.

Náutico Condo

Pros: Nice condo next to marina! Very Convenient to shopping, restaurants with easy access to marina. Short drive to mall and grocery stores. Cons: They need to leave shower mat for stepping out of shower and hand towels. (They only provide 2 bath towels.) Also would’ve been nice had they left a broom so we could sweep floors to help clean up after ourselves. Lot of noise from workers remodeling next door unit. But they only worked day time hours so was no problem for us. Hope they plan to fix tiles in pool as well. Otherwise Nautico was a very nice condo for vacation in Puerto Vallarta!! Would highly recommend!!
