This is a well appointed and Immaculate unit. Sleeps six. Fantastic pool overlooking the Cumberland River. Two bedroom & One Full bath, one 1/2 bath. Queen bed in both bedrooms, and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room area. There are 3 TVs in this unit, one in living room and one in each bedroom. Keurig coffee maker, coffee/tea and toaster is provided to get your morning started!
This Unit is just steps from the Nashville baseball stadium, walking distance to downtown, Convention Center, Titan Stadium, Farmers market, Greenways, Downtown honky tonks, Ryman Auditorium, Musicians Hall of Fame, Tennessee Performing Arts Center, 5th Ave Arts District,Easy Uber/Lyft ride everywhere! This is a good choice if you are not wanting to be in the heart of the music scene, it overlooks the river and is a lovely view.

Nashville weekend

The condo was very clean and nicely decorated. Rebecca provided many extras that we were pleasantly surprised with. She was available to answer all of our questions. We will definitely stay here again!

Nashville Weekend Vacay

This condo worked great for a group of 5 friends. Clean, plenty of space, and so nice to have a full kitchen. Super convenient check-in and check-out process with a keypad. Perfect spot right on the river, where we watched barges go by, and had a friendly little woodchuck hanging out by the riverbank hoping we'd drop snacks. :-) Rebecca was a great host and very responsive when we had any questions. Was a short ride (10 for an XXL Uber) to Broadway. Would definitely stay at Riverfront again for a future trip.

Great Nashville location

We particularly enjoyed the riverfront location, the convenient parking, and the view from the unit. The 20 minute walk along the river to lower Broadway was short enough to enjoy, but far enough away from the noise and congestion. The furniture was comfortable, and the linens, pillows, and towels were top notch. We would stay here again on our next visit.

Chill Nashville Convenience

This a great location for exploring inner Nashville within reasonable, safe walking distance of Broadway and several other areas like Germantown. It's not terribly fancy or scenic (very commercial/industrial), but did have all the amenities needed (Keurig/creamers, dining table/stools, plenty of towels, etc.) at a reasonable value over a holiday weekend. We did encounter seasonal mayflies in the kitchen (the spider web couldn't catch everything) and several burned out bulbs upon arrival, so felt like it hadn't been occupied or inspected for awhile - but the owner was very responsive in offering to help (she makes everything super-easy as well). Spare yourself the workout room, it's dirty with rundown equipment and a fraction of the weights and other options it should have. There is a bit of noise from boats and trains at times, but not excessive, and it was very quiet until someone occupied the 3rd floor above our unit, as the flooring is not so quiet both within and above you. Otherwise, great place to stay on a mid-level budget!

Perfect for a trip

The place is very welcoming and perfectly decorated to make you feel like you are on vacation in Nashville. It’s about a 20 minute walk to Broadway which isn’t bad at all but we decided to use Uber/ Lyft since it was under $12 every time. The place was on the water and the little groundhogs were very entertaining to watch on the back deck. The little makeup vanity in the closet was perfect for us girls to get ready. And lastly, the pool was amazing during the day and we used it everyday! Totally recommend this place for your stay in Nashville!

Weekend Trip

Rebecca was great answering questions before our trip and accommodated our early arrival time. Place was clean and had enough space for 4 of us. You can walk to Broadway, but we tended to use Uber. Ubers were easy to get and hardly any wait for them. Overall, pleased with our stay.

Loved up in Nashville

A lovely riverside stay, away from the craziness but close enough to walk and get among the action. Comfortable beds and a good kitchen and living area to relax in. Host was very responsive and accomodating.

Cute condo, close enough to Broadway to walk but far enough away you don’t have to be in the traffic. Great location with nice river views. Condo included everything you could need. Communication with host was great with fast response. Would stay here again!

Unique Nashville

The condo was perfect for what we needed and on the river , we had woodchucks visit everyday . Germantown was great for food . A pleasant walk or scoot (great fun) into town . A real party atmosphere. We did the golf buggy tour around town , highly recommended.

Nestled just a stone's throw away from downtown Nashville, our recent stay at this condo was nothing short of exceptional. Being so close to downtown mean that we could easily immerse ourselves in the vibrant energy of Music City, yet retreat to our own peaceful haven when we desired. The convenience alone made our trip that much more enjoyable. Upon entering the condo, we were immediately struck by its beauty. The interior was tastefully decorated. It was evident that the hosts had gone above and beyond to ensure that guests feel right at home. One of the highlights for us was the attention to detail when it came to amenities. The condo was fully stocked with high-quality linens and towels, adding a touch of luxury to our stay. We were pleasantly surprised to find bottled water and snacks waiting for us upon arrival, a thoughtful gesture that did not go unnoticed. Last but certainly not least, we cannot praise our host enough for their warmth and hospitality. From offering valuable local insights to ensuring that our every need was met. In conclusion, our stay at this Nashville condo exceeded all expectations. With its unbeatable location, beautiful interiors, thoughtful amenities, and exceptional hospitality. If you are in Downtown Nashville, you can definitely walk everywhere in the vicinity of “downtown” and to a few of other areas.
