Nestled across the street from white-sand beaches, this second-story, all-suite condo is the perfect Indian Shores getaway. Stroll right out onto the Intracoastal waterway via the complex boardwalk or rent a boat just a few blocks away. Ample dining options and fun-in-the-sun activities are also within easy walking distance. Head to Clearwater Beach eight milesaway for a jet-skiing or parasailing adventure. TripAdvisor named it the number one beach in the nation in 2018.

The bright living area invites you to unwind into vacation mode, furnished with a plush sofa and love seat. Settle in and watch a movie on the cable TV. Compose postcards in the convenient office. The chef in your group will appreciate the modern kitchen, equipped with a full suite of stainless steel appliances. When culinary creations are complete, gather together at the dining table or sip morning coffee at the bar.

Find privacy in the primary suite, furnished with a cable TV. The en suite bathroom is configured with a double vanity and walk-in shower. The guest suite also features an en suite bathroom.

Not a good experience

1. Pool and hot tub were not working, one of the residents alerted us. Vacasa said they would reach out to local team and call me back. We never received that call. 2. Trash was left in trash can 3. Leftovers were left in the refrigerator 4. Toilet appeared to have sewage backed up and so the bowl of toilet was dirty 5.some outlets worked some did not 6. Unable to get the TV on 7. We were only there for 3 of the 14 days we were scheduled and Vacasa refused to give us any money back or even discuss it. They just said no. Rremtes for tv some did not have batteries. I have used VRBO several times and never had any issues but this was horrible from the start. I will never use Vacasa again

Great location for a quiet stay

Good - great location if you need a quiet time. Beach is 150 yards, pool is 20 yards away. You can fish, you can wash your car, enough room to cook. Very clean pool and overall the area. So so - cleanliness (shower curtain with mold), dust under the bed, pillow covers were simply dirty, not enough plates and utensils for 6 people, no kettle, and some other small things. Hence so so. Bad - not really anything, besides it is subjective. Closest grocery store is several minutes drive. Bars/pubs - walking distance. Only one decent restaurant. One definitely bad - communication. Slow response from the host.

Excellent trip!

The condo was super clean and had everything you could need. Good location with beach access directly across the street. Well maintained building, very comfortable stay with lots to do in the area. Having two bathrooms was really nice. Well decorated and very comfortable!

2022 Spring Vacation

Great location with its own private beach access directly across the street. Condo was clean and had all the amenities, plus extra household supplies. Pool and hot tub were great, would recommend.

Nice Condo

Things we enjoyed about this rental, it was an extremely short walk to the beach, decorated nicely, fully stocked kitchen, closet full of beach chairs/ floats/ boards/pool noodles/cooler etc which was nice since we flew. Huge TV, charging ports thru out rental, comfortable couch, decorated nicely with plenty of seating. Pool was maintained well, and large enough to accommodate guests. We had some major issues with AC when we were there, the lack of communication from Turnkey was very frustrating. Eventually a portable AC unit was brought to the condo until the main unit was fixed. Multiple times we were told we would get a call back from turnkey and wouldn't, no notification of when the Portable ac was being brought, or when the technicians were coming, they just showed up. Cleanliness wise the condo is in great condition, but cleaning company/ team didn't do a thorough job cleaning the floors/ making sure the sheets we clean.

Great location

We loved this condo! It was perfect for our family. It had everything you needed for the beach and more. The only downfall with this property is the internet and the AC went out. Fortunately it was able to get resolved fairly quickly.

Amazing

The property was super clean and very pretty. It was a perfect spot for the family, the location is great as well. The property is directly across from the private access point to the beach. 10/10 would recommend the only negative is there is no early check in, we got there 2 hours early and had to go drive around some before we could get in. Family Vacation 2021

Check in was smooth. Property was nicely cleaned. The pool and outside property were taken care of daily. Always clean. Having a washer & dryer on the property was handy. The 2nd bedrooms closet was stocked with beach supplies wagon chairs wave boards kid sand toys a couple fishing poles 4 beach towels. A hose rinse spot was nice to help get the sand off. A grill on the property for all guests to use. The beach is directly across the street! Very short walking distance! A few disappointments: When asked prior to our trip I was told beach supplies not available. The master bed was a bit soft for our liking. The washer & dryer are loud. You hear when the other units water is going down the pipes. . Cook before dark or bring your flashlight.

Great Place

First impression- the place was very clean. The location was perfect and plenty of space for the four of us- kitchen had many ‘extras’ making it easy to cook. My kids loved the many outlets for charging! Overall, we had a great stay with all the things needed to make it happen.

Great stay

fantastic place, rooms were clean and stocked with everything that you could possible want or need. Location to the beach was good, beach was great- beautiful white sand, not to crowded and there were no bugs!!! Coming from Kansas I had expected tons of mosquitoes and other bugs- nope not any! The pool was kept in exemplary condition. The location was easy to find, and it was fairly easy to go anywhere else that we wanted to find. All in all I would recommend it highly.

Indian Shores Condo

Beautiful very clean. Has a nice patio but not much of a view. Easy access to beach across the street. Did have one issue with TV not satellite signal not working in LR. Reported it snd the repair person got back to me promptly but he wanted to do all the troubleshooting via the phone and I was not understanding the things he was wanting me to try. It would have been easier for the person to have stopped by and attempted himpself. Eventually I becsme frustrated and said to never mind the TV in bedroom would do.
