Located on Tequila Canal with access to the Caloosahatchee River, this house is the ultimate Florida getaway. Enjoy a picnic at Saratoga Lake Park (3 miles). Sun Splash Family Waterpark offers 14 acres of slides and lazy rivers a short drive away or visit the Southwest Florida Military Museum & Library. See the turquoise waters and sugar sand beaches of Southwest Florida with a day trip to Pine Island (13 miles).

Inside, the open floor plan features a bright, beachy style with loads of natural light. The sunny living room is furnished with two leather couches, an armchair, and a 55" TV with surround sound to bring your favorite shows to life. The spacious chef's kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a serving window to the lanai. Share meals at the table in the dining area or at the breakfast bar. A home office has a 48" adjustable-height desk and a 32" monitor to assist with any remote work you may want to do.

The oversized backyard is ideal for alfresco dining, complete with a gas grill, lanai furniture, and a bar with seating. Lounge in the sitting area by the gas fire pit. Take a dip in the screened, solar-heated pool and play a game of pool volleyball with the provided net. Discover ultimate relaxation on the umbrella-shaded ledge loungers. White cabana curtains create a tranquil resort vibe.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Two kayaks, two bicycles, beach chairs, a beach umbrella, beach toys, a high chair, a Pack' n Play, and golf supplies are provided.
The boat lift is not available for guest use.
When booking this home please be aware that there is a new home being constructed next to this home. As of mid April, 2025 the new home is under roof, the windows are in and the pool has been dug. The completion date for the home could be into the Fall of 2025.
Pool heat is available from October through May each year.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 1.
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
