The interior is perfect for a group of couples or for a family. We offer 2 parking spaces free of charge - the building offers additional visitor parking. The unit features 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and an updated kitchen. Each bedroom has its own TV and adjoining bathroom. The living room is perfect for board games or a movie night. Have a glass of wine in the jetted tub while the kids watch Moana!
Amenities include a rooftop outdoor pool open in-season, as well as an indoor pool (open April-December) and a fitness center on the same floor as the condo. The building has outdoor showers on the ground level allowing you to rinse off without waiting on your way up from the beach.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
