Perched on the 11th floor of the Pelican Pointe Condominiums, this three-bedroom corner unit has it all. Walk to the beach, or take in stunning Gulf views from the wraparound balcony.

LIVING AREA

Settle into the sunlit living area, furnished with a sleeper sofa, two recliners, and two armchairs. Sliding glass doors and floor-to-ceiling windows create a seamless indoor/outdoor flow. In the evening, watch a movie on the 55” cable TV.

KITCHEN & DINING

Start the day off right by whipping up a hearty breakfast in the spacious kitchen, equipped with a full suite of modern appliances.

Keep the chef company at the kitchen counter, outfitted with seating for two. When your culinary creations are complete, dine together at the table for six. Or gather at the table for four on your Gulf-front balcony.

BED & BATH

This single-story condo offers a sofa bed in the living area. All three bedrooms feature a cable TV and private access to the wraparound balcony.

Shared on-site amenities are highlighted by a heated indoor pool (open year-round) and an unheated outdoor pool (open from March to October). Additional amenities include a wading pool, hot tub, shared grilling area, and a fitness center, as well as tennis and basketball courts.

Enjoy the best of Orange Beach from this charming coastal condo! Spend sun-soaked days on the sand, located just steps from your front door. Explore a variety of restaurants and dining options within a walkable 1-mile radius.

Visit Adventure Island (0.5 miles) or Alabama Point East Beach Park (4.5 miles). Or rent bicycles at Beach Bike Rentals (2 miles) and explore the Hugh Branyon nature trail through Gulf State Park.

Drive 10 minutes to Wharf Parkway West or just 25 minutes to the Tanger Outlet Mall and the all-new OWA complex.

Building renovations are currently ongoing at Pelican Pointe and are scheduled to last through Fall, 2022. These renovations include concrete work and balcony railing replacement and involve worker activity, swing scaffolding, the use of loud power equipment, and periodic restricted balcony access. In addition, the outdoor pool is scheduled to be closed for the entire month of August.

THINGS TO KNOW
Parking at Pelican Pointe is limited to 2 vehicles per unit. Passes must be purchased on site upon arrival through the security guard tower located as you enter the complex. Parking Passes are $50.00/each. All forms of payment acceptable.A guard will be available at the shack between the hours of 8 am until midnight during the busy season and 4 pm to midnight in the off season. Overall great stay

The property was nice! Great access to the beach. Shopping, and food near by. View was great from our room. Did not include instructions on how to lock the door to our room, we had to contact and ask since it did not lock automatically. The booking email needed to be updated as it had construction information from year past. Any questions we had were quickly answered though. Thanks so much!

Good time

The condo was perfect and just as advertised. Beautifully decorated, only problem was the master tub leaked and one of the TVs was missing a power cord but it didn’t bother us, we weren’t in the room that much anyway. I will say the property manager at Pelican Point is not the nicest person, and that’s putting it politely, and many guests had issues with him including us. Honestly because of him I’d probably not stay at Pelican Point again and that includes the 15 other families in our group.

A special spot!

Beautiful location! Perfect for a trip with 2 kids and the grandparents. Beach, pool, proximity to fried alligator, it checked all the boxes! Wifi was a tad "iffy" but that probably helped force us to unplug!

Wonderful Stay!

Had a wonderful experience with this rental! Turnkey was awesome! I left my camera bag and contacted Turnkey, my bag was returned with some very expensive lenses. Parking is a DISASTER at Pelican Point and rent from Turnkey!!!!!

The Condo was very nice, a little dated, but very nice. My issue was with Turnkey and I would NOT recommend them to anyone. I rented a 3 bedroom condo that sleeps 8 adults. I rented it in Feb 21. This was my second time to spend a week at this same condo. When I booked this condo, it stated that I would only be allowed 2 parking passes that I would have to purchase for an additional $35.00 ea. When I received my notice to pay the remainder of the fee, I was notified I would only be allowed one parking pass. I called the Turnkey representative and she was rude and stated that they could change the terms and the condo association only allowed 1 parking pass. The reason I was given was first Covid and then renovations from Hurricane Sally. Sally hit in September 2020. I asked what accommodations had been made for our additional needed parking. All she could tell me was don`t park at Walmart because they would tow me. There were NO accommodations made at a local condo or any suggestions, except there might be some public parking on the other side of town. We chose this condo because other family members were staying here. They rented directly from an owner and were allowed to purchase 2 parking passes. When you pay almost $3500.00 to rent a condo that sleeps 8 adults, I don`t think 2 parking passes is an unrealistic request. If they absolutely could not provide this, I think they should have worked to make an agreement with a neighboring condo or business to allow us to park our vehicles. There is no way that 8 adults could travel in one vehicle. We were able to purchase a pass from Saturday to Wednesday but had to park at Souvenir City and walk back to the condo. The other guest just left on Thursday so she didn`t have to leave her vehicle unattended for another 2 paid nights. I feel like I spent TOO MUCH money to be inconvenienced by NO PARKING and NO HELP from Turnkey!!! This was the general consensus of MANY guests!!!!! Not great, horrible condo

Stressful. Pool closed for day and half. Hot tub didn’t work first day. Only one parking pass when told we get two. Doors didn’t lock on condo. Fridge wouldn’t get cold. Dryer cycle took 2-3 full hours cycles just to dry a couple things. Dirty bathrooms and linens. Would not recommend. Great space but dirty

First off I would like to start with the room itself had great space, wonderful balcony and conveniently located. When we first arrived you could spell a musty like smell, the floor were very dirty along with the sheets being dirty and what appeared to be yellow stains on them. I immediately called and was told someone would be by to clean the following day. They lady showed up saying I have your sheets, do you want me to put them on? I told her I’d just do it but she needed to come in and take the dirty sheets. I proceeded to tell her someone was supposed to be by to clean and not just change sheets. She said she would but I was in there with my son so just told her don’t even worry about it. She also told me that she couldn’t believe someone was staying here because of the day we arrived they people were in there doing construction and painting. We also notice a huge amount of dust/hair behind a table in master, the toilet in spare bathroom was extremely loose, and broken leg on red chair in living room along with broken piece on kitchen chair. Besides the cleanliness I had issues with getting several text saying someone complained loud noise was coming from our room. We did have radio on one night but nothing louder than anyone else’s and the second night I was literally walking by security in hall to go crab hunting when received message. While on beach we could hear people from our condo being very loud from multiple places and people at the grill very loud with music and cussing as we were walking back. I did call to report this. I understand there is still lots of construction going on. The fact that only one elevator was working for a 15 floor building during the week due to the other elevator being used for construction was a little aggravating but something you could deal with. I hope some of these issues can be fixed as far as cleanliness because it is a great condo! This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.
