This iconic home captures the spirit of a bygone era, from the master suite to the sunlit common area and private backyard. The beach is minutes away.

Bold colors and tall windows welcome you into the living room, where a 42” flat-screen sits above a cozy electric fireplace. The comfy sleeper sofa provides extra sleeping space. Granite countertops gleam in the gourmet kitchen, outfitted with a full suite of stainless steel appliances and a two-person island. The open-concept common area is perfect for entertaining. Set out home-cooked dishes on the island, then gather at a country-style table for six to share a special meal.

Sea Turtle Inn sleeps up to four guests between the two bedrooms and a sleeper sofa in the living room. Sleep soundly on a king bed in the master suite, where a coastal color palette and 42” TV make it easy to relax. The en-suite master bathroom is appointed with a jetted tub/shower combination and a double vanity. The guest room is furnished with a lovely queen bed, and the guest bathroom features a pristine tub/shower combination.

Fragrant gardens surround the covered front porch, where a pair of rocking chairs invite you to greet the day with a cup of fresh coffee. The fenced yard provides more space to relax in the Florida sunshine. Discover comfy lounge chairs and a gas grill on the paver patio.

Dine out at a plethora of neighborhood eateries after a day at Anastasia State Park’s pristine beaches (3 miles). This uptown locale is also within walking distance of the Castillo de San Marcos fortress (0.8 miles) and Colonial Quarter (1 mile). Those who love history, museums, architecture, and the culinary arts will find much to explore close to home.

The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
