Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Nice location, terrible service
We do not recommend this place. The location is great, the pool area is nice. But the place has not been cleaned properly and it took 3 days to have that addressed. The microwave, jacuzzi and laundry machine done work, and when we notified the Vacasa service multiple times (10?) they always promised to address it with preworded messages but nothing was ever done. The owner should look for a new management company.

Great House, Pool, and Location.
This is a great house and location. Our family of 5 likes it so much, that it was our second time there in 9 months. The location is outstanding with beautiful homes and boats all around you. Also there are many great restaurants and beaches within a 10-15 min drive. The house itself is very nice and the pool is outstanding. We spent many hours each day swimming and watching the boats drive by. Now to the negative: this house is still very nice, but I’m concerned it isn’t getting the care it deserves to maintain it. In the 9 months since we were last there, little things here and there were broken (overhead light cover in master, curtain in guest room, towel holder in bathroom). Also the sliding patio door tracks were extremely dirty and the outside of those patio windows didn’t seem like they had been washed in a while. This is being nit picky and didn’t take away from enjoying the house. However, concern on these things being compounded and what it could be like in a year or two when we come back. Family Getaway
This was a great house for our family of 5 (3 kids, ages 6-9). Wonderful location with incredible homes and boats all around. The pool and hot tub kept us all happy along with all the out door seating. Plenty of great restaurants within an easy drive. Would recommend The Foxy Brown and 925 Nuevo Cubano. Only issue is the hot tub and pool directions are tough when you get to all the equipment, but got it figured out. Turnkey Management ruined my stay
The house was beautiful and the location was amazing. It started with outdated instructions to turn on tool and spa. I’m sure the homeowner doesn’t want people fiddling with knobs and levers risking ruining the new setup. Halfway through cooking dinner the AC stopped working and no one bothered to respond or reach out until TWO days later. The only reason I knew they were there was because I came back from having to make alternative stays for myself and guests for the two nights without AC to clean the house and there was an AC van outside. The food disposal didn’t work, the ice machine didn’t work, and there were no cleaning products. Turnkey has offered me a quarter of ones nights stay as a refund. This is unacceptable. I should get a credit or refund for the Two nights we could not use the house! The neighbor apparently does NOT like that the house is rented out and has a reputation of making vacationers lives miserable. He called the police on us starting before 9pm and last at 1:30 am. The first three times they apologized and told of us his reputation and ******* behavior. And the last officer harassed us until 4:30am until I could finally leave and find other accommodations for the HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE TO ACCOMMODATE FOR THEIR PROBLEMS. Adorable home amidst the mansions!
This was a great experience! We really enjoyed the property - it was close to everything we wanted to explore like Las Olas and boating up and down the intracoastal. There were 4 of us, two couples, and it was perfect. Loved having a home and we were able to cook and enjoy a few restaurants. The property is spotless and the pool was nice too. We went in July so no need for the hot tub - when it’s that warm it’s a challenge to keep the pool cooled off. Liked that someone came and did a pool clean up mid-week. We didn’t even realize it and suddenly the pool was clean of any debris like leaves that had blown in over a few days. Overall great stay! Highly recommend for a small group. Great but not awesome
Turnkey was highly disappointing, especially the local turnkey rep Martin. The hot tub was not working when we got there, he sent someone the next day he was clueless and said someone would come Monday. No one came Monday and if not for me texting the main turnkey people probably would not have been fixed, but frustrating that I had to test every 3 hours to make sure it got fixed. Martin never got back to me. Also was not given wifi information either. Location: Awesome 10 mins from everywhere but you felt all alone, 13 mins from the Fort Lauderdale airportBackyard pool and hot tub when working, and cover deck: Awesomekitchen: awesome, Had kurieg coffee maker, blender for drinks and all the pots and pans needed. Bedrooms and Bathroom: Great, they are small and not enough space for luggage and stuffLiving room and TV: Great, big and comfortable living room not a lot of TV channels but I used my iPad to connect to HDMI and stream movies at nightClean: very clean the cleaning person Kat did a great job.In short I would rent the house, If I have to use turnkey again, I might look elsewhere. Great Family Home
The house was amazing!! Although not huge it had everything you needed and was close to everything!! The appliances and furniture were very great and functional! The pool is salt water which is an amazing extra touch! The only small negatives were the pool and hot tub instructions could be a little more clear we couldn`t figure out how to turn on the heat in the hot tub and we didn`t want to even try touching the pool hardware because we didn`t see anything obvious, but its Florida so the pool and hot tub were still plenty warm! Rio vista villa review
Unfortunately there was a ton of construction on the street. Trucks were constantly parked on the road and of course the construction noise. I didn’t want to complain because it’s not really the renters fault, but then we got a complaint against us for noise? When there was a party down the street, construction noise, landscaping noise/and they were blaring music. When I responded nothing was done to accommodate me, no offered discount or refund which would have been the professional service after all the inconveniences. Also they’re in desperate need of bug control, especially for roaches and red ants.The house is in great shape overall, great furnishings, minor wear and tears. Great safe location. Just don’t appreciate being accused of noise when the whole street was 10 times louder than us. And don’t care to be living with bugs. The home was very nice and we had a great vacation despite everything we found when we first arrived: There were many things wrong 1.there was an open bottle of wine left above the microwave in a cabinet, 2.the front door was unlocked when we arrived, 3.there were many ants in the kitchen and bedroom with the bunk beds, 4.there was construction dust on the patio and furniture from the never-ending construction (that began promptly at 9 every day- even saturday), 5.the lights in the fan in one bedroom didn`t work, 6.there was dog hair and lint and stains on the couches, 7.the pool had not been cleaned, and 8.the kitchen sink disposal did not work. Ruined
Don`t rent from Turnkey ever!!The pool was 104 degrees when we arrived. They told me for 3 days that someone would come and look at it. No one ever did and Turnkey never called me. I had to call them at least 12 times. It was as if i was bothering them. Whole trip ruined as it wad almost 100 degrees outside and the pool was 104. I also had to fight to get a one night refund approved. They should have refunded the entire stay!They would never disclose the name of or let me speak with a supervisor. Bad business. Excellent home for a family vacation!
Had an excellent time in this rental for our family vacation. The location is surrounded by gorgeous homes. When we arrived there was broken glass under the outdoor table and some beer cans scattered along the home. The rental company came and cleaned it up right away. They explained that the renters prior to us had been partying and left a mess. We were pleased with the response we got. We hope to go back next year. Would highly recommend. Beautiful!
The home was immaculate and had everything we needed. The construction next door was not a huge issue. Myself and 5 of my girlfriends came down for the Wine and Food Festival and we felt so relaxed. We had morning yoga right on the water. The only disappointment was that we were unable to get a late checkout. A lot of us were flying out and had nowhere else to go. Construction nightmare
Would have been really nice to know the house next door was being built! Hammering, drilling, gawking construction workers all within feet ALL DAY EVERY DAY! They’ve known about this for months & yet we couldn’t have been notified at the least! Jackie at Turnkey was juvenile & incredibly unprofessional. Total shame because the house itself was beautifully decorated, new, clean, in a great area with a wonderful pool & view. Would have been a perfect 10 had it not been for Jackie’s rudeness & the horrendous construction next door.
