You’ll have 1,084 square feet of living space to spread out plus two decks. With a queen sofa bed in the living room and two bedrooms, this townhouse sleeps six.

LIVING AREA (1st Floor)

After a fun day at the beach, unwind in the bright airy living room, offering two sofas and a new 65-inch UHD smart TV. Need to work remotely? The new workstation nook has 48-inch desktop, a 24-inch wall mounted HDMI monitor, a WiFi 6 router, and a wheeled office chair. Open the sliding glass doors to the balcony with chairs and a mosaic bistro table.

You will love the bright white kitchen with granite countertops, new stainless appliances and a water filtration system. The kitchen opens to the dining area and living room with a convenient half bath off the hallway. The entire main floor, including the deck, is covered in ceramic tile.

BED & BATH (2nd Floor)

Each of the two bedrooms upstairs have a renovated en-suite full bathroom, a queen bed, oversized closets, a new 40-inch smart TV, clock radios with bluetooth, multiple USB outlets, and ceiling fans. White furniture, artwork, and colorful bedding create a beach-like feel in these bright, well-lit rooms. Sip your morning coffee or evening nightcap on the primary bedroom balcony with a peek-a-boo view of the Intra-coastal Waterway.

GARAGE / PARKING (Ground Floor)

The garage has a washer and dryer and is stocked with beach chairs and children’s beach toys. Parking is available for two vehicles. One assigned spot is across from the townhouse. Another space is directly in front of the vacation rental.

THE LOCATION

This two-story townhouse is nestled between the sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico and the Narrows of the Intracoastal Waterway. Spend your days enjoying the pool which is just steps away from the unit and offers beautiful intracoastal water views and plenty of loungers. Get your feet in the sand in no time at Indian Shores Beach, just across the street.

Treat yourself to a night out, starting with dinner at a local restaurant and ending with drinks at one of the fun pubs. Have a sweet tooth? Get a cone at Haze Ice Cream.

You’ll find numerous souvenir shops and boutiques along line Gulf Boulevard. Animal lovers will enjoy the Seaside Seabird Sanctuary, a 5-minute drive or bus ride away. One of the oldest in the state, the sanctuary rescues and rehabilitates all kinds of seabirds. Practice your putt at Smuggler’s Cove Adventure Golf, a 15-minute walk away.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
