Absolutely NO SMOKING of any kind in the unit or in the hotel. You will be charged a fee of $500 if the smoke smell is discovered.

Absolutely NO PARTIES OR GATHERINGS in the unit. What constitutes to a party is anything over the amount of guest you booked in your reservation.

To ensure a secure and seamless guest experience, we require all guests to provide a valid ID and sign our rental agreement before receiving check-in information, such as the door lock code or key pick-up instructions. This policy helps us maintain the safety and security of our property.

Early check-in requests before 3 PM are subject to availability and will incur an additional fee. Accommodating early check-ins requires us to adjust our cleaning schedule and may necessitate deploying multiple cleaners, which is why a fee applies.
Early check-in before 3 PM: $25
Early check-in before 1 PM (if available): $50

We can accommodate late check-out until 12 PM at no additional cost.
Late check-out until 1 PM (subject to availability) is available for a $25 fee, as it requires adjustments to our cleaning schedule.
Check-outs later than 1 PM will require booking an additional night.
