Beachside fun awaits at this beautifully remodeled 4BR/2BA Gulf Shores rental. Walk just two minutes from your front door to a pristine beach. In the evenings, stroll to local eateries and great shopping.
Configured with two separate units, each side of this charming duplex features brand-new appliances, comfy furnishings, and stylish decor. A living area in each unit provides ample space to relax and socialize. Both living areas are furnished with a plush sectional, two armchairs, and a 55” flat-screen TV. Glass double doors flood the spaces with natural light.
Whip up festive vacation meals with your group in two well-appointed kitchens. On each side, you will find sleek stainless steel appliances and ample granite counter space. When it’s time to eat, a dining table seats three in one unit, while the other offers a dining table for three and a kitchen bar for four.
The first bedroom includes a comfy queen-size bed, a 32” flat-screen TV, and direct access to a small balcony. The second bedroom offers a pair of twin-over-twin bunk beds.
In the second unit, the first bedroom has a queen-size bed, 32” TV, and attached balcony. The second bedroom features two twin-over-twin bunk beds. Each unit has a bathroom configured with a tub/shower combination.
Both units feature a refreshing outdoor shower and a charcoal grill under the carport. Dine alfresco at the tables for two on each elevated deck while enjoying an Alabama sunset.
Walk 2 minutes on 4th Street to the public beach access point. You can also walk 0.8 miles to The Hangout Gulf Shores, a popular local restaurant. Travel 1 mile to the Gulf State Park Pier for fishing and picturesque views. For inland fun, check out Tanger Outlets or OWA Amusement Park, both of which are a 10-mile drive from your rental.
Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, two washer/dryers, and parking for four cars (two under the carport and two in the driveway). RVs, trailers, 5th wheels, and 4-wheelers are not permitted on-site.
Things to Know
The single-level living areas of this stilted duplex are each accessed via one flight of exterior stairs. Please be aware that the units are not adjoining and can only be entered through the main doors.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
