With 270° views you can watch the sunrise and the sunset from the patio. Downtown San Diego, Coronado Island, the coast of Mexico and the 5 miles of beaches from Tourmaline to the pier in Ocean Beach are all in view. At night, it's even more spectacular. The lights from La Jolla to downtown San Diego and east to the mountains in Mexico are a sight to see.
The fireworks from SeaWorld are directly across the bay. Every weekend, and on all major holidays the fireworks are on display.
In the summer from June 1 to September 6, and at Christmas time from the weekend before Christmas to New Year's Day, the fireworks are a nightly treat to enjoy with your family.

The Primary bedroom has a king size bed, incredible views, a walk in closet (that can easily accommodate a crib or cot), ensuite bathroom with a large soaking tub, walk in shower and dual vanity. This bedroom also has access to the backyard patio and Jacuzzi area with sweeping water views.
Close to the Primary bedroom is the first guest bedroom with a Queen size bed and down the hallway is the second guest bedroom that has 2 twin trundle beds that also convert into a King size bed.
The fourth bedroom is located on the opposite side of the house, just past the living room and has a Queen size, comfy futon bed and a door that leads out to the side of the house and the back yard area. This room can also be used as an office with direct LAN connection available in a quiet section of the home.
The 3 guest bedrooms share a spacious bathroom with large walk-in shower, vanity and toilet.
The piece de resistance is the outside area with lounging chairs, large dining area, a hot tub spa, firepit table, BBQ area and seating for the entire area.
The views are simply breathtaking, and 4th of July is a spectacle with front row views of several firework celebrations all over the City.
Located high above Pacific Beach and La Jolla, Pacifica View has great access to beaches, shops, freeways, The San Diego Zoo, Petco Park, Wild Animal Park, Legoland, Gaslamp and all the other amazing venues San Diego has to offer. Interstate 5 is less than 5 minutes away, and the airport is 15 minutes door to door.
