The primary bedroom and second guest bedroom overlook the golf course and canopy area. The third guest bedroom overlooks the beautiful canopy that The Plantation is known for. This condo has a recently updated kitchen and bathrooms, with new furniture throughout. The living room and kitchen are on the entry-level and the second level is where the three bedrooms are located. The oversized balcony has a table and six chairs that are perfect for entertaining as you look over the fairways and trees.

Everything was fine except that we stayed for 7 days and did not have TV or Wifi for the entire stay. We communicated with the mgmt company on day 1 that we had no TV (cable) or Wifi. They responded that they would address it, but it never was resolved the entire length of our stay. We felt we should have been given some sort of refund, but we never were. Inaccurate listing. Fine place to stay if you do not expect TV or Wifi for a week.

Nice place

The location and the space of the unit are accurately described. Great location in the Omni, super close to the beach. Little confusion about the property manager contact, we were contacted by a "local" manager and a 'national" manager. Asked if the unit was available earlier and received a message that we would receive a text message as soon as the unit was available. Finally received a message at 5 pm, check-in was at 4 pm, from a different number (hence the confusion ). Upon checking in, we found ants in the kitchen and followed the trail out the door to an overfilled trash can. Not a deal breaker, small ants will find their way in. One of the toilets in the bathroom had a broken flush, but there were two of us and four bathrooms so not a deal breaker either. However, the first-floor bathroom was not as clean as it could have been, looks like someone locked a dog or cat in there at one time and the animal tried to scratch their way out. Dust bunnies throughout could have been a little cleaner.

Great family vacation home

Beautiful neighborhood! Great location with a lot of close beach access points. Plenty of room for my family of six. Very clean and stocked with the necessities. The house also has beach chairs and toys. There was some local wildlife that visited inside (some ants) and just outside (lizards and snakes). The beautiful surroundings require grounds keepers that visit a couple times a week in the AM. Sleeping in might be affected but the beds are comfortable enough to fall back asleep. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and recommend this home and location.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were lucky to find this place at the very last minute. We loved the location and the condo was comfortable and clean and was well stocked with necessities as well as extras. I was pleasantly surprised to find beach chairs, umbrellas and beach towels for our use. (Our granddaughter was very pleased to find the beach toys!). I would definitely stay here again!

Great location

Everything was clean and convenient. A map of the resort would have been helpful the first day. There is construction of a golf course going on outside the back door currently which was not expected - but we spent much of our time on the beach during the day. The pools are not heated - a little too cold to use this week.

Nature lovers getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of our rental was ideal - close to the hotel, golf carts, lunch on property. We took advantage of all we could in 4 days.Shops at Fernandina, putt putt, nature walks, admiring the homes in the area, spending family time- all great The property was clean except for the kitchen. Floors, drawers, cabinets, some of the pots needed more attention as roaches & their droppings were under the sink & in drawers & cabinets. The bathroom door was not able to close with the queen size bedroom .The mattress was comfortable & the sheets were clean.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Condo was clean upon arrival. All instructions from Amelia Island Rental were concise and easy to understand. The condo had multiple new pieces of furniture that were comfortable and appreciated. There were many areas that the condo could have used repainting (not a major issue for me), baseboards, some walls, certain ceilings had stains for peeling paint. Two door handles, including one on the outside fence door were broken and need replaced.

Great view outback over looking the lake and a short walk to the beach. The house was clean, spacious for 4 people, and had everything we needed for our stay. Amelia Management was wonderful!
