Exquisite details abound inside, from the intricately crafted ceilings to the masterful stone, iron and woodwork throughout this 14,800 square-foot home with 9 bedrooms and 11 baths. Whatever tone you are trying to set, your private sports bar, theater, billiards room, library and more provide enjoyment for every mood. The house has more than everything you need for a large gathering, the location is ideal, Rob was quick to answer questions, etc. We had a wonderful week and would love to return at some point. It’s really a great property!

Celebrating 96

We had a fabulous time gathering at this beautiful place to celebrate our mother’s 96 birthday. With 4 generations gathering together there was plenty, plenty of community space to spread out for cards, quizzes, pool and board gaming. Add swimming and fishing to the mix and you have something for every age group!

Incredible experience

Everyone who stayed loved the property. We did have a few issues that the owner/property manager fixed right away. Over all it was a 10 out of 10 experience. We would love to rent again in the future and we will recommend to our friends.

Large Family Gathering

Coordinated the whole family (10 adults and 15 kids ages 5-18) to all get together for Thanksgiving. This house was amazing and perfect even though it was a lake house in November! So much space, property, amenities, and comfort. Everyone loved the house and the vacation/gathering that it afforded us.

Amazing property, excellent condition, great management.

We had a group of 20 family members from around the country meet at this property. The place is very spacious and was designed with four different sets of isolated bedroom areas. There are three sets of bedrooms with their own stairways to them and two more sets set off at the far side of the main and lower floor.

Amazing family adventure!

We had an absolutely amazing time at this property. As you drive down the hill, you’re greeted by the stunning sight of this impressive home—it’s truly a showstopper! Watching each of the 21 guests walk through the front door in awe is one of my favorite memories from the trip. No, this house is not on the pricier side, AND it’s worth every penny. With at least three kitchens, it was fully equipped, and my family was able to cook three meals each day we stayed. We enjoyed the lake, had fun around the house, and had a fantastic day out on the boat. No matter the weather, this home has something for everyone to enjoy. There’s plenty of space, and you won’t feel crowded at all. I’ll definitely be coming back soon!

Beautiful home and lakefront property!

The pictures do not do this place justice. We stayed here with family for a small wedding ceremony and all thought it was a beautiful home and enjoyed our time together. However, prior to the stay and during the stay communication was poor and we had several issues that were not resolved prior to us leaving. Would recommend to others!

Wow!!!

What a fantastic property. The pictures do not do it justice. We had 17 ranging in age from 9 thru 74. Plenty of bed space. No problem with refrigerator space. Great pool area and swim up bar. TVs galore. The outside kitchen was fantastic- if we only new how great it was we would have cooked everything there. Rob was always very attentive to the few things we needed help with. All in all our best family vacation ever.

perfect in everyway...

This property & home was amazing! We had a small family wedding here & spent the week hanging out with family & friends. We did the wedding ceremony in the front entry area and the reception & dance around the pool. Everyone enjoyed the property! The deer that were always in the front yard was so neat to see & watch! The bon fire pit area was perfect to sit at at night. We enjoyed the pool & everything about property! It was beautiful. The only complaint was the coffee pots are super slow... ; ) Other than that, it was perfect in every way!

50th Anniversary Celebration

The house was more than adequate. The regulating of cooling was a little difficult in the "wings" of the home but all in all fine. All our questions were answered in a timely manner. Possible recommendations for children and the pool would be pool shoes because the concrete floor was hard on their feet. For a crowd the size of ours - 21 people - some new coffee pots and more keurigs would be beneficial. All in all we would highly recommend this property -- especially for a very large group. We had a wonderful time there!

Excellent Stay

The house was beautiful and the property very private. The house is located in a cove, off the main channel so while there isn't a great view of the lake, the area is very peaceful and relaxing. We found everything in working order and well maintained. Our group was not as large as we had originally anticipated, but clearly the home can hold a lot of people comfortably. All in all, we had a great time and would definitely return if the ocassion arises.

Spectacular Experience

Stunning property with beautiful amenities. We had 24 people of all ages and everyone left happy! Great Chef and lots of local restraints nearby. We rented boats snd jet skis to take full advantage of the lake. Perfect experience, we will be back! Rob Cline was there for us every step of the way!

Paradise at Lake of the Ozarks

Calling this property a home is a disservice because this is a world class luxury estate. It would be like telling the owner of an amazing yacht that he has a nice boat. This property checks all the boxes. The grounds, the privacy, the interior, the decor, the quality of every aspect inside and out are unmatched in my opinion. We do a large family and friends trip once or twice a year to a variety of lakes and have rented numerous high end properties. Without comparison this one was the best. The proximity to the water and it being at the very end of a private secluded cove made you feel like you owned the lake. The electronics with all the tvs that were easy to operate made it fun for everyone to watch anything you wanted, or for the kids to watch movies in the theater. The multiple kitchens were well equipped and the indoor/outdoor kitchen was fantastic for entertaining. The outdoor Traeger was an enormous full sized version and I was able to fit 24 rib eye steaks on it. I could go on and on, but I will tell you three things you can't see with the listing on VRBO. First - the pictures don't do it justice - this estate and all it includes is so much more than what the pictures could ever show you. Second - with thirty people there was so much space that at no time did anyone ever feel the least bit cramped. And third - Rob and Jodi that manage the property are the best hosts you could hope for. They were very engaged and super attentive to us before, during, and after our stay taking care of every need or want so you will be in good hands with them. Everyone in our group fell in love with this property and the experience and I was afraid my fiance might need to be phyically removed to ger her to leave at check out lol. I don't typically write reviews so I could go on and on, but trust me when I tell you that when you are looking for a luxury lake property just end your search and pick the best one you'll ever find and that's this one - we did and I know we will be back again.
