The cozy peaceful studio apartment has everything you need for your Hawaii trip. The unit comes with High-Speed internet Wi-Fi, self-check-in with a keyless entry smart lock keypad, and free parking right in front of your unit. During your stay, you can also enjoy using a convenient private entry door private bathroom, and kitchenette. Our Rental is within driving distance of several popular restaurants, shops, and mountain slopes. An ideal base to explore Hawaii. The Big Island of Hawaii is the only place where you can go to Mauna Kea Mountain play in the snow and go to the beach on the same day. (Winter months for snow) (Early Check-in fee $45 12:00 noon Only If Available Just ask)
The studio apartment is in a strategic position to reach easily and quickly all the most attractive places of the Big Island of Hawaii. We know how important it is to feel comfortable & relaxed when you arrive back from a long day of sightseeing. We recommend a car to get around the Island.
As of May 7/2022 The property now has an Automatic Driveway Gate with Keypad
As of May 2/2022 we added brand new microwaves.
As of January 2/2022
We recently did some major updates, re-painted the unit, installed a Purified water Reverse osmosis System, and purified water faucets on the kitchen sink. We also deep cleaned the unit, We also had a gate company install brand-new driveway gates with full Automation with the keypad. Also installed emergency lights on the front deck just in case of blackouts. We also Widened the parking lot area lots of room now. We also had the unit Dehemidified. We also had a plumber install new water heaters and replace all shower valves. We also pressure-washed the front deck and installed solar lights on the staircase. We also added a Designated smoking Area outside across the Parking lot area we have a sign posted where you can smoke. (NO smoking in the units or next to the building). Come and enjoy.
Studio Apartment has Brand New everything:
Queen-size memory foam mattress.
pillows, a comforter set, and a dining table that also serves as a workspace. Modern 100% Waterproof flooring, apartment-size refrigerator, kitchen sink, bathroom sink, dresser, and a wall-mounted coat hanger, toilet, shower, bedside table, and ceiling fan. For Guest Staying longer than 7 days or every 7 days, Lining Exchange Flat sheet, fitted sheet, a pillow slip. The iron and Ironing Board are located next to the tv if you need them.
We have an Air Mattress available on request if you have a 3rd person on your booking.

This is to ensure that if there is any reason the House Rules cannot be followed, you, our guest, will have the option of canceling the booking on your end as we have a Strict Cancellation Policy. By Booking a reservation with us you agree to all rules and agree to pay all fees if any of these rules are Broken. These Rules exist because other guests have caused problems in the past. This is to help keep a peaceful environment for everyone.
-No Unauthorized people on the property, If you have Unauthorized guests that are not stated in the booking/reservation Your reservation will be canceled which means you no longer have a valid reservation. And you will be responsible for all fees. (No one is allowed on the property unless they are on the reservation. Anyone that enters the property that's not on the reservation is Trespassing). Taxis and Uber Drivers are not allowed past the driveway gate. If you have someone picking you up and dropping you off you may meet them out on the main road, Not on the property. (This is a safety Concern).
- Drive slow on the property no speeding. This is a safety concern and we will cancel your reservation.
- 1 Vehicle per rental and only park in front of your unit. Unauthorized Vehicles Will Be Towed at the vehicle owner's expense. – don't block other guests.
-We do not allow Late check-outs, If you have not checked out on time. Management/Cleaners have the right to enter the rental and remove your belongings and discard them. Your gate and door pin code will change automatically and you will not be able to enter the property or the rental unit. Late Check out fee $300 Check out time is on your reservation.
– There shall not be smoking inside the rental or next to the building $500 fee will be added and Extra cleaning fees to remove odor and stains may be applied and you will have to vacate the property immediately. We have a Designated Smoking area across the parking lot area Smoke only next to the posted sign.
– PLEASE WASH YOUR DISHES after use. If dishes are not washed, a $50 extra cleaning fee will be applied. Leaving Dirty Dishes for someone else to wash is disrespectful
- When Checking Out Make sure to take out your Trash, Tash cans are outside and Labeled. This is to help prevent insects and bugs and stinky smell in the rental.
– No parties– $1,000 fee will be applied, and Your Reservation will be canceled.
– If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and Your reservation will be canceled.
– Lastly, because this is Private Property, not a hotel, please be respectful of the property and keep it clean before you leave.
