ITEMS TO NOTE
• Pool cleaning occurs twice weekly. The pool cleaner will enter the screened lanai only and will not enter the home. Swimming in the pool while the pool is being cleaned is not allowed.
• Spa on-demand heating may take a little time to get to temperature based on outside temperature

There are two cameras on site for security purposes only, one is located at the front door and the second is overlooking the pool equipment on the side of the house which does not overlook the pool, spa, or outdoor patio in anyway. Your privacy is of the utmost importance to us.
