Our owners are amazing people who have opened their homes for the first time for your enjoyment. Bella Vita is brand new to the short term rental market and in pristine condition. Enjoy your visit, relax, have fun and make unforgettable memories but please take care of their home during your stay. A Few of Our Policies that are Strictly Enforced : Minimum Age: Minimum age to Reserve is 25. One adult 25 or older is required per stay for every 3 minors. No parties or underage drinking is allowed.

In the event any bicycles, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach toys, coolers, pack n plays and baby gear are present at the property, they are complimentary. LUXE 30A does not guarantee these items are included or in perfect working order for your stay and they are not a part of the rental agreement for the property.

Pets: No pets of any kind are permitted. No exceptions will be made. Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional $500, plus the expense of steam-cleaning and deodorizing. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.

Please be mindful of noise levels to respect the surrounding residents/guests.
