Welcome to Camp Happy! Enjoy the beautiful mountain scenery while spending time with your family in Angel Fire. This four-bedroom/two-bathroom sleeps 8 and is walkable to the Angel Fire Country Club! The Primary bedroom is furnished with a king-sized bed with doors leading out to the large deck. There is an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and a large soaking tub. Connected to the primary bedroom is the second bedroom, which has two twin beds. The third bedroom has a queen with doors leading out to the deck. The fourth bedroom also has a queen bed. There is a full bathroom in the hallway between the two bedrooms. The kitchen, living, and dining areas are open-concept with large floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the Angel Fire Mountain landscape. There is a clothes washer and dryer on the lower level in the utility room and garage access. There is a collection of DVDs for your use.

INSURANCE: Most reservations come with accidental damage insurance, should you have an accident in the home. The Trust and Safety Fee includes up to $10,000 of coverage for contents damage and up to $100,000 OR $1,000,000 coverage for property damage and
bodily injury, depending on the property.

All of our properties are maintained by snowplows and we make every effort to ensure the property is accessible upon arrival, but please be prepared! A 4WD is needed to reach this home during the winter months. Resort Properties cannot be responsible for guests' inability to reach the booked property due to the lack of a 4WD/AWD vehicle.
