Nice condo, but poor management service
The condo is spacious and well furnished. It definitely has the feel of a “corporate owned” condo. The kitchen has minimal pots, pans , dishes or kitchen tools. There are a small number of thin towels per person. This gives the condo the feel of a hotel ,Although the woman we interacted with from the management company was nice and trying her best, the overall service was unsatisfactory.When we received the check-in instructions, we realized we had to make an 18 mile roundtrip during rush hour traffic to pick up the key. (If you have a key in a lock box at the office, why can’t the lockbox be located at the condo?) When we checked in, the bedroom TV was not working and the balcony chairs were so old they were unsafe to sit on. We contacted Vacasa and they sent someone out the next day :-) The maintenance guy was very nice and confirmed the TV was broken and the chairs were unusable. The next day we exchanged multiple texts about these problems, including having to send pictures of the chairs. On day 3, the (nice) woman from Vacasa brought a new TV and said the chairs were being “ordered”. I said the chairs could be bought that day. Even though there are many stores nearby, she said it was a “corporate” ordering process. So, the result was we had no usable outside chairs for the first week of a 2 week stay. Not satisfactory. We liked the location and the condo is spacious and comfortable, but the management company does not put a priority on customer satisfaction.
