Stunning Ski Condo Best Location

This may be the best location to stay in Breck. "Claim Jumper" is a completely remodeled 1 bedroom ski condo with a queen bed and two pull-out beds in the heart of Breckenridge seconds from Main Street and across the street from the ski lifts.

Wake up in the morning to some fresh snow and walk downstairs to Cool River Coffee House for some hot drinks and pastries. Gather your equipment and walk across the street to the Quicksilver Superlift and be on Peak 9 or 8 in minutes. After a great day of skiing, walk directly to your place and soak in the hot tub or warm yourself up in front of the wood-burning fireplace while you sip an amazing wine or hot chocolate with the kids. Make reservations for your favorite restaurant and be there in minutes. Cap the day off with a glowing fire and board games with your loved one or family. It doesn't get better than this.

This completely remodeled 1 bedroom condo will sleep up to 5 guests as long as one of the guests is a child although 4 is ideal. Claim Jumper has its own private balcony with expansive views of downtown Breckenridge, Ollie Pond, the Blue River and the snow-capped mountains.

The walls have been decorated using reclaimed wood from a torn-down cabin and barn. Granite countertops, new furniture, TV and wood-burning fireplace made from stone from the adjacent Blue River. Upscale decor for those looking for a nice location for your stay.

Hot tub just outside your door along with a full-service restaurant "Mi Casa" and two ski shops for all of your ski equipment and rental needs.

This is an "all-inclusive" model that has been equipped to meet all of your reasonable needs. Towels, linens, supplies, cooking utensils, wifi, firewood, BBQ, propane and board games.

We have several vacation homes that we offer throughout the country and customer service and satisfaction are more important to us than profit. We are not a cold management company that is hard to reach and communicate with. We try to respond very quickly to your questions and needs and we stand behind our vacation rentals and will guarantee your stay.

If upon your arrival you feel you are not happy, notify us within 24 hours and we will cancel your remaining stay and reimburse you minus any fees from the host website. A perfect place!
This was a cozy, steezy stay right in the heart of Breck. We enjoyed a warm, comfortable overnight and were able to walk to our downtown destination. The condo was super clean with every detail imagined. I highly recommend a visit. John was quickly available with any questions. We hope to visit again soon.

Awesome location!
Just as the description says, location was great!! It was less that 8 minutes to Main Street or to the Quick Silver lift (great for beginner skiers, but easy options to access harder slopes once you are on the mountain). The host was excellent at communicating. The unit was very clean. Only comment would be the pull out couch is what you would expect from one to sleep on. Plan accordingly! We loved having it out for watching tv. Laundry, hot tub, fire place and deck were bonuses. 10/10 would stay again.

Great trip to Breck!
My son and I stayed at ClaimJumper from March 27-31, 2024. Very clean, nicely decorated, well stocked. GREAT LOCATION! Across the street from the Quicksilver lift and easy walk into town. Coffee shop out the door John was very responsive and a great host. Thanks for a great vacation!

Lots of nice touches
Loved all the nice touches that show that the owners have really thought about how to make the stay nice. The kitchen is well appointed, and the unit was quiet. The location is GREAT. Short walk to the lift across the street. Less than half a block to Main Street. I highly recommend it and would stay there again.

Great Condo for a Great Trip
This quaint little condo was perfect for our trip for two to Breck. The condo is tastefully decorated and all fixtures and lights worked well. There are two thermostats, one for the living room and a separate for the bedroom and they worked well enough we found ourselves turning them way down, you definitely won’t get cold here, even without the fireplace going. Having underground parking was great and kept us from having to clear snow off the vehicle. The location was perfect, practically right on Main St and a short walk to so many restaurants and shops. The bus stops right outside the condo for longer treks and there is a great ski shop and Mexican restaurant in the building. We look forward to a return trip and would definitely stay here again!

Top Location
This condo is in the best loaction, right on Main Street, a few minute walk to the chairlift and nearby resturants. The condo has underground private parking. The view from the room was beautiful with christmas lights glistening against the snow, it was magic! The room could use a bit of maintenance, but overall a nice place! We did have a plumbing issue with the bathroom on Christmas Eve (worst timing) when we contacted John, he was helpful and did what he could to right the situation. Would Reccomend!

They thought of everything!
From booking, to check in to staying a week and check out…what a fantastic time! The place is adorable and has everything you would ever need! Spices, oil, coffee, filters, lotion, ibuprofen, shampoo and so much more. Be sure to check it all out before you go to the store! We loved sitting on the over sized balcony in the morning with coffee and at night turning the fire in the table on with a cocktail. It was perfect! You can’t get a better location. Walkable to everywhere on Main Street and the Gondola. The only thing I would love is to have some type of drawer system for clothes in the closet of the bedroom. But that’s just getting super picky. It was a great stay for my husband and I. We will definitely come back!

Cute condo
Location is great, being close to both Main St and skiing. The Quicksilver lift is right across the street. It's not my favorite part of the mountain... The lift serves green runs and ski school, which makes it crowded in the morning. One stop on the shuttle gets you to the Beaver Run lift, which is less crowded. The condo is well equipped with bedding and kitchen supplies etc. Ski storage on balcony is practical and secure. The parking garage works well and it's easy to get in and out of the building. The workmanship on the latest renovations isn't great. For example, the barn doors on the bedroom closet are not correctly mounted and drag on the floor, and there's another set of doors just inside, which just get in the way.

Awesome condo in a great location
Super cute and clean condo. The decor creates the perfect vibe for a ski trip to Breckenride. It really does come with everything you could need. If you forgot to bring it, they have it. We used the ski shops downstairs to rent gear. Certainly convenient and great service. In fact everywhere you go in Breck the people are super friendly. The Mexican place downstairs was always hopping but we were able to grab a seat at the bar which was nice after a full day of skiing and not wanting to walk too far.. The colorful barge off the back deck is Ollie's sports bar just out your back door and Cabin Juice across the street. Tons of options in Breck that we never checked out because of several options so close by. Having underground parking was great. We stopped at the Safeway in Frisco about 10 miles before getting to Breckenridge to stock up. We had a great trip and definitely would stay there again.
