Also on this floor is another king bedroom and a queen-sized bedroom with a Jack 'n Jill bath between them. The fifth bedroom is a great spot for the kids, with 2 sets of bunk beds and large play area.
All bedrooms have flat screen TV's. There is no carpeting anywhere!
The wrap around deck on this floor is another great spot to enjoy gazing at the Gulf, reading a book or taking an afternoon siesta. You'll be eye to eye with the shorebirds from here!

Just outside your door is your luxurious private pool (can be heated with $75/day fee) with ample lounge and dining seating. There is a grassy area for the kids to play as well as a separate fenced in beach sand area for you to build your own sandcastle!
A convenient half bath is next to the pool as well as an outdoor shower and an additional fridge for "pool drinks".

Another great hang out spot is in the second garage with flat screen TV, dart board, and a ping pong table. Throw open the garage doors, set up your chairs and start a tournament!!! This is adjacent to the pool bath and fridge. A free-standing ice maker is also here for your convenience. Charcoal smoker grill.
There is garage parking for 2 cars as well as driveway parking for 4 more.

Smoking is not allowed in the home, on the decks or on the grounds. No events are permitted, occupancy is strictly adhered to and minimum age to rent is 25.
