Welcome to Potter Cottage!
We are located ocean side on 43rd street. This quaint cottage has 2 bedrooms 1 bath, and a queen sleeper in living room. The plantation shutters through out the cottage offer a cozy coastal vibe. There is a full kitchen, dining area and living area as well. Relax and as you soak up the sun rays and enjoy a nice glimpse of the ocean on your furnished private deck. and another picnic area available for guests use as well as a laundry facility. It is within walking distance to many great restaurants such as Seacrets, 45th Street Tap House Bayside, On The Bay Seafood, or a walk for a late night treat at Dumser's Dairyland or enjoy a round of mini golf at Nick's on 44th street.

Perfect Girls Weekend Cottage

Perfect spot for our girls weekend. Easy beach access and not crowded. Cottage was very clean and well kept. Free linens was a plus. We will definitely book again!

Perfect cottage

We stayed here in late September and it was perfect for us. Very clean, beds were comfortable, property quiet. Just steps to the beach, and easy to wash the sand off outside. The owner is responsive to questions and made the check in/check out process easy. Highly recommend and would stay here again!

Weekend getaway

Great location! A little confusing to find the cottage from the gps address but the property owner was very nice and helpful even with our late arrival time! We had a great time and would definitely book again in the future

Great place right near the Ocean

This was a nice house and the property manager was very friendly. They communicate well and were there to help if we needed it. We liked how it was a minute walk to the beach, and not too far from the boardwalk either. We had a great time here, thank you!

comfy, clean, close to fun attractions

We took our first family beach vacation to this cute villa in OC. As a previous reviewer mentioned, the address on Maps doesn't take you to the cottage, which is confusing and a little frustrating when you've been on the road for a long time and are in an unfamiliar place. I'm not sure if there is a way to make the directions more specific on the listing, or perhaps create signage pointing towards the alley you need to take to get to the cottages so that it's easier to find. Other than that, the villa is really cute and was clean and well-kept. It's really two cottages split in two, and you share a wall with another cottage. We didn't have any issues with the amenities whatsoever and thought it was super comfortable. One suggestion I'd have would be to include a little tray in the shower to hold soap and toiletries, since the shower is tiny. Otherwise, the location was awesome and we loved the proximity to the beach. Overall a super comfortable stay in OC MD.

A nice spot with plenty of room for the four of us. Everywhere we went was walking distance too which was a huge plus!

A very nice small beach house

We stayed there for 5 days, and we all enjoyed this cozy beach house. Very clean, neat and very closed to the beach, only 5 minutes walk. Very close to many fun places as well. Nice restaurant like "Fish Tales", water sports rentals, mini golf.... we had a really relaxing vacation there. Thanks

This house was great for our family and within walking distance to the beach. The property manager was easy to reach via phone and answered our questions when we had them.
