Relax at “Texas Sun”~~~Gulf Views~~~3 Min. Walk to the Beach!

Texas Sun is newly remodeled and perfect for your family and friends! This beautifully decorated beach house is on the third row, and it's a quick 3-minute walk to the beach via private neighborhood access. Texas Sun offers views of the gulf from both decks. The huge deck on the main floor is a great place to have your morning coffee or watch the sun set while you listen to the waves crash. The light and airy open concept kitchen/dining/living will give your family the perfect space to gather. There is also a fun bunk room with games like pop-a-shot basketball and an Xbox 360, and a full bathroom on the main floor.

Upstairs, there are three fabulous bedrooms, all with access to the upstairs balcony. The primary bedroom has an en-suite bath, and there is another full bathroom on the second floor for the other two bedrooms. All bedrooms have new memory foam/hybrid Helix mattresses.

The two balconies have a variety of furnishings to allow you to relax and enjoy!

The house was recently renovated with designer finishes, Helix mattresses, Delta faucets, quartz countertops, luxury vinyl plank flooring, new toilets, new AC units, and hotel-quality sheets.

Bedroom 3: one queen bed, one daybed (twin)

In the garage, our guests have access to all the beach toys, chairs, and yard games like bocce ball, giant Jenga, and corn hole.

Guests enjoy private beach access through a neighborhood path; the beach is just a short 3-minute walk away. The rental is for the full home.

The beds are comfortable and the house had all the amenities we needed for a relaxing post prom stay. Access to the beach is a very short walk and the owners allow the use of beach chairs and toys. The Big Store is our peninsula general store that will have a little of everything you may need once you arrive.

Note that our Internet service is the best available on the peninsula–but this is the beach, and service hiccups and outages do happen!

Well-behaved pets are welcome with a pet fee. Please send us an inquiry if you plan to bring dogs.

We are in Lafitte’s Landing, which is on the northeast end of Crystal Beach. We’re just a few minutes from the Big Store and great restaurants.

Here are some reminders and rules to keep in mind:

Maximum guest count: 13 people
Quiet time is 10 pm - 8 am.
Do not park or drive on the grass.
Smoking/vaping is NOT allowed.
CHECK-OUT: 10 am – please leave the house as you found it!

This is our private family beach house that we are sharing with you. Please be respectful and follow the house rules.

No parties or events. If you would like to use the property as a location for a photo or video shoot, please reach out to us regarding the location fee and to secure permission in writing.

**Minimum age to book is 25.
