Dieses Luxus-Eigentumswohnung ist komplett neu, außergewöhnlich geräumig und bietet die unglaubliche Aussicht auf den Pazifischen Ozean, dem Malecon und Downtown Vallarta.

Diese Wohnung verfügt über 3 große Schlafzimmer, 2 mit Kingsize-Betten, und die dritte mit einer Königin. Es gibt 3 Badezimmer, mit einem Master-Bad mit Jet Tub, voll Dusche, begehbarem Kleiderschrank, zwei Waschbecken und schöne Armaturen. Alle Zimmer verfügen über Deckenventilatoren und Klimaanlage in der gesamten Wohnung.

Das Wohnzimmer, Küche und große Terrasse anzuschließen, um die perfekte Atmosphäre für unterhaltsame und Zeit mit Freunden und Familie zu schaffen. Glaswände können vollständig geöffnet werden bis zu den herrlichen Blick auf den Ozean und die perfekte sanfte Brise zu offenbaren. Die Terrasse ist sehr groß mit einem Wohnbereich, um Frühstück zu genießen, ein Buch lesen oder einfach nur kick up Ihre Füße und nehmen Sie in die inspirierende Aussicht. Es ist ein Outdoor Tisch zum Essen, sowie einen eingebauten Grill im Freien.

Die Gourmet-Küche ist mit K��chengeräten aus Edelstahl, Gasherd, Mikrowelle, Eismaschine, Toaster, Mixer, Kaffeemaschine, komplettes Geschirr, Kochgeschirr und Utensilien geschmückt, um alle Ihre Bedürfnisse zu befriedigen. Perfect location

The condo was very well maintained and equipped, and the property manager was very helpful.Due to the caliber of furnishings, we had to exercise care with the youngest child (3), but that was on us.Would definitely rent again - thanks.

Best Condo Complex in PV

Molino de Agua is a perfectly situated, high-end condo complex between the Romantic Zone and the Malecon (Centro). No car required as so much is walkable, and if needed taxis are plentiful and inexpensive. The unit is comfortable, spacious, and with an 8th floor view in a tower close to the ocean, the views are spectacular. Communication with the owner was excellent and she was very accommodating.

Best Complex in Romantic Zone

The location can't be beat. Beach across Malecon. Restaurants, bars and shops all within walking distance. Bakery across the street. Grocery store 2 blocks away.The condo is unbelievably spacious. 10 Minute walk to the Mantamar Beach Club and Blue Chairs. Complex is very secure. . Only two units per floor per elevator. Pool is fantastic with a lot of shade at one end and sun at the other.

Paradise in Puerto Vallarta

Molina de Agua is the perfect place to stay when visiting Puerto Vallarta. The views of the ocean and city are breathtaking! The condo is spacious and the layout is perfect. Everything is clean and well maintained. The pool is huge and the perfect place to loung in the sun or shade. The pool bar is great to get a tropical drink and some food . We also appreciated the spacious park like setting around the pool that was beautifully landscaped and maintained. The security at the facility also provided privacy and security. We can't wait to come back again!

PV Delight

Fabulous condo in perfect location. We swam in the pool and walked the Malecon every day. Each evening we walked to a different but excellent restaurant. We will be back!

Lovely Spacious 8th Floor Condo on Beach

Really spacious condo in Zona Romantica with Primary ensuite and secondary ensuite. 3rd bedroom with bathroom adjacent to kitchen. Beautiful pool and grounds. Very private. Only two units on each floor off of elevator. Very secure building. Wonderful views of the Bay of Banderas, centro PVR and the north shore. Perfect location for restaurants, bars and Los Muertos Beach.

We loved the location, ocean view, well stocked kitchen, the comfortable beds and we always felt safe. As an FYI, there are no immenities in any of the bathrooms except for hand soap.

This was our third rental in Molina de Agua ! The location is the best for walking the Malecon, markets, galleries and restaurants! Everyone can do their own thing👍 We liked it more than the others because it was quiet and comfortable! Check in was easy and the staff go above and beyond !

Your castle in the thick of things

Molino de Agua has to be the perfect mix in PV. It is directly on the Malecon, overlooking Rio Cuale, on the beach, and also is a fortress of solitude with the bustle of the Romantic Zone and Old town directly out your door. You won’t need a car (a dicey proposition in this locale unless you’re used to it). There are literally hundreds of eateries within a short walk and dozens of the very best rated restaurants within several blocks or the condo complex. And what a complex it is... one of the most relaxing outdoor environs with an expansive infinity pool, outdoor hammocks and grass areas, and a feeling of calm even during the busy Christmas week when we stayed there. The unit was lovely and large and perfect for the 5 of us. The kitchen is fully outfitted though used seldom due to the gastronomic possibilities just beyond the highly security protected walls of the complex. This one is a no brainer.

Spectaular space

The condo was beautiful and well-stocked, with comfortable beds and a view that ran from Punta de Mita through town. The grounds are meticulously kept, and everyone employed there was friendly and helpful. Great massage spot right across the street, the Malecon and food and bebidas (meaning margaritas) just steps away. Can't go wrong.

The property was fabulous. Sara Dugan was a pleasure to deal with.But I not recommend VRBO.

The unit was beautifully decorated It really was truly magnificent. And in a perfect location in the building. There were an adequate amount of supplies etc. However regarding VRBO, when I had a couple of simple questions after sending in my deposit I called VRBO and they couldn’t even find my reservation, nor could they offer me any information. I was passed from one disinterested agent to the next and ultimately received no information. I spent most of the year wondering if I had even made a reservation. Sandra was a delight to deal with But I will never make a reservation through VRBO again.

Best Location in Puerto Vallarta

This property is on the 8th floor with incredible views of the city. The property is clean and so well equipped- we cooked three dinners for our Puerto Vallarta friends. The staff is very attentive to our needs. The pool and grounds are outstanding. We have been coming to Puerto Vallarta since 1972 and this is one of the best accommodations we have experienced.

A piece of heaven

If you want to treat yourself to a piece of paradise this is the place to stay. Sitting on the deck every morning watching the dolphins as well as the fisherman from a Birdseye view was magnificent. The on grounds Staff (Juan Carlos) was great. Walking distance to everything you need. If you stay anywhere else you are losing out..

Beautiful & Perfect

This condo was an amazing place to spend a week in Puerto Vallarta, we spent more time in the condomimiums than expected because of the views and the commodities. It is walking distance to many restaurants, vendors and water sports. The staff on site is great and always willing to answer any questions...check in and check out was painless and the staff was awaiting our arrival...which made it personable. Thank you Aurora and Sandra for making our trip one to remember!

Never Wanted to Leave

We have stayed in several places in Puerto Vallarta and this is definitely our favorite. The views of the ocean and city are just breathtaking and you can feel all your stress melting away when you hear those waves gently crashing outside. The home has been lovingly decorated with beautiful furnishings including unique antiques. The artwork is simply gorgeous throughout the condo. We found the location perfect for walking to everything you need including some amazing restaurants. They will have a list of recommendations. Plenty of activities nearby. Plus a local watering hole right on the corner where we could chat with locals and expats. It was a great people watching spot on the Malecon. Truly a fabulous experience. Cant wait to go back!
