This is a recently upgraded ocean front condo with beautiful beach views from the private balcony. This fully furnished condo has Wi-Fi, flat screen TVs and a fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy your favorite cocktail and make new memories while relaxing with your feet up. Dine in or out! The best part of the condo is the large balcony overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and southern shores! The view is AMAZING! Our unit is located in the Surfmaster South Lobby side on the 11th floor and has an elevator for easy access. This is a pet free and smoke-free condo. This is a ONE BEDROOM Condo with a sleep sofa in the living room.

Nice Condo

We liked the condo very much! It was awesome to be on the balcony. The condo is updated and nicely decorated and very comfortable. We had plenty of room for the 2 of us.We had to cut our stay short due to health reason, so that was too bad!

Shower wouldn't stay closed. Switches controlling outlets need marked. BUT We enjoyed our visit for the second time. Will rebook in the future. Communication with host was above and beyond.

Perfect Beach Vacation

We had a wonderful vacation on the beach. Coffee every morning watching the sunrise, we even saw a pod of dolphins swimming by. Just steps from the beach and many great restaurants. We will be definitely be back!!

Looks good but still needs some work inside

The unit is beautiful as pictured with the exception of the following. 1. The sofa is no longer new looking. It doesn’t look like the picture in the listing. It was disappointing to see this when we walked into the living room area. It needs to be replaced or the seat cushions need replacing. When you sit on the sofa you are literally sitting on the frame. The seat cushions are smooshed flat. I was not able to sit on the comfortably sofa at all. I stopped trying and chose to sit on the chair facing away from the TV. This made it difficult to watch the morning or evening news. 2. The leather chair being light tan, has retained dirt. There are large dirt or grease spots where the head and back rest on the chair that are discolored, another disapointment. 3. The shower door does not stay closed when you push the sliding doors. We had to wedge a wash cloth in the door to keep it closed when showering. 4. The rugs in the living room area and bedroom both need to be cleaned, especially in the bedroom. I was reluctant to put my feet on the bedroom rug. 5. The extra soft bed is lumpy and idifficult to get in and out of, as it sinks when you are on the edge trying to get up. It felt like we were sleeping on a sponge. The owner responded on the first day via text. When I asked about locating an iron and ironing board via text. I didn't get a reply. I might have gotten a reply if I sent a message via VRBO.

Beautiful condo

The condo is beautiful. It is exactly as pictured in the listing. The kitchen was very well equipped and had everything we needed. The location and view from the balcony was excellent. Unfortunately the pool was too cold to use when we were there (end of April) but it was open and looked lovely. I loved the no key entry, no having to take a key when going to the beach or pool. Only thing we wished was different was a larger bed, the bedroom was large and had plenty of storage but only had a double bed which was a little small for 2 adults.

Winter getaway

This is my first experience with a VRBO property rental. Everything was great! The view from this condo on the 11th floor was spectacular. I will miss the beautiful morning sunrise, the evening sunsets and the sound of the ocean waves crashing the beach. This was the best 3 months ever.

Chilling on the sea!

Overall, great stay, great place! Loved the sunrises and being right on the beach! Attention to detail was lacking. I guess I expect the same amenities here as in a hotel. I had to buy coffee after one pot. No towels in the half bath or the kitchen. I bought Kleenex. I enjoy cooking. The kitchen was really disorganized. I had to access the storage closet several times to get another almost empty roll of paper towels. I also enjoy reading and crocheting after the sun goes down. There are 60 W bulbs in all lamps. No 3-ways. Too much furniture in all rooms. These are small details but they all added up. I hope these notes will be taken as constructive suggestions. Thank you. I’m leaving very chill! ;D

Favorite vacation spot

Condo is gorgeous with serene, calming interior and furnishings. Very clean with plenty of storage and supplied necessities. We especially enjoyed the huge tv and plush bath towels. View is unmatched with roomy balcony that includes loungers perfect for napping. We’ve stayed at Surfmaster the past 4 years and this is our favorite condo. Can’t wait to come back!

Beach Getaway

The Good: Fantastic ocean view, nice balcony, right on the beach, outdoor pool with hot tub, clean full amenities including a washer dryer combo, nice kitchen, extra pillows and blankets, coffee maker etc. Cons: needed maintenance of loose toilet, loose shower handle, flaking ceiling paint, other loose handles, master bath needing a paint job and missing towel bars. But, we would stay there again even with the needed maintenance items.

Very Nice Condo

We've stayed in many condos at Surfmaster and this is one of the better units. Very clean. Much bigger TV (about 6 ft) than pictured. Excellent appliances in perfect working order. Great internet service! Bed is too soft for our taste and there is a bit too much furniture on the balcony. Even during tropical storm Idalia this was a comfortable unit. Overall, very good.

vacation review

The mattress was softer than we liked and the shower is not made for people over 6 feet. The front door stuck numerous times which made it hard to open. The location and view from the balcony was awesome. The place was clean and well maintained. We were on the 11th floor but the elevators was pretty fast with minimal wait time. Overall a nice place to stay.
