Verbesserungswürdig: Sauberkeit, Ausstattung, Zustand der Unterkunft und Kommunikation
This establishment does not meet our minimum standards. There are issues that may be beyond control of mgmt, such as the amount of homeless people lingering around the property, nor the smell of weed once you get close to the room. a couple of people actually sat on the ground next to the stairwell. As far as the room was concerned we had other issues.
1) The upholstered chairs had major stains on them and are in need of cleaning
2) In the bedroom, the fire alarm only had a mounting ring, but no actual alarm.
3) In the bedroom, the outlet facing the beds has a cover only partially installed.
4) In the bathroom, the shower water inlet cover was hanging.
5) In the bathroom, the tub drain looks very shabby.
6) In the bathroom, the shower curtain rod is not stable and moves significantly.
7) In the bathroom, the shower curtain rod needs cleaning.
8) In the bathroom, the bath tub has pieces of soap laying around indicating it was not cleaned.
9) In the bathroom, there are hairs on top of the toilet.
10) In the kitchen, the utensils did not look clean .. maybe they are just old.
Basically, the outside of your facility looks unclean, like a run-down Motel 6, just without front desk availability.
