Das Condominium ist ein kleinerer Komplex, der sich direkt am weltberühmten Siesta Key befindet - bekannt für seinen feinen weißen Sand - warmes Wasser, tropische Brisen und inspirierende Sonnenuntergänge.
Unser Strand steigt zum sicheren Schwimmen und Waten allmählich in das warme Golfwasser ab. Ganz gleich, ob Sie sich einen einwöchigen Familienurlaub oder ein paar Monate Erholung vom nördlichen Winter wünschen - Sea Shell Nr. 209 und die Region Siesta Key bieten das ganze Jahr über Vergnügen.
Dieses Gerät verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmer (eines mit einem Doppelbett und das zweite Zimmer hat 2 Doppelbetten) NEUE, KOMFORTABLE MATRATZEN! 2 Vollbäder und viel Stauraum, eine voll ausgestattete Küche, Großbildfernseher, NEUE Ledersessel-Sofas und kostenloses WI-FI, großes Wohnzimmer und Essbereich. Unser Gerät ist nicht auf den Golf ausgerichtet, sondern hat einen seitlichen Meerblick. Das Gebäude liegt direkt am Crescent Beach und ist buchstäblich nur wenige Schritte vom Strand Nr. 1 in den USA entfernt. Beheizter Pool das ganze Jahr über. Auf jeder Etage des fünfstöckigen Komplexes stehen 2 Aufzüge und Münzwaschmaschinen zur Verfügung.
Dies ist eine Ferienwohnung, kein Hotel. Bett- und Badwäsche sind jedoch vorhanden. Für Ihre Bequemlichkeit werden eine Startrolle Toilettenpapier und eine Rolle Küchenpapier zur Verfügung gestellt, wir stellen jedoch kein Zubehör für Ihren gesamten Aufenthalt zur Verfügung.

Perfect!

We have been visiting Siesta Key for 40 years and this condo is by far the best ever. The interior is beautifully decorated and has every amenity one could need. Fully equipped kitchen with great appliances, dishes, cooking utensils of all kinds. There are two bedrooms, both with amazing en suite bathrooms. Living area is well appointed and very comfortable. Host is easily accessible- even in the middle of the night when fire/smoke detector went off- she took care of all questions. We loved everything about the property and will most definitely be back! Thank you!!

Amazing

The place was so clean and perfect! Literally steps to the beach! The grilling area and pool were both so clean and nice too! The beds and showers were awesome! The only bummer that I missed was no laundry in the unit they are shared units on each floor and 1.50 per each wash and 1.50 per each dry. There were 3 great restaurants across the street and a little market for basics as well. Location was perfect!

Beautiful and relaxing

The place is beautifully remodeled and very clean. It has everything you need for a beach getaway. The beach is just a few steps away and lounge chairs are plentiful and readily accessible for guests. Crescent beach is gorgeous and peaceful (no crowds). Point of rocks is a short walk away from the rental property. If you’re considering it, book it!

Great condo for family vacation

The condo was just as listed and was very nice. It had everything we needed for vacation and the location was great. The communication was really good with the owner and we would love to come back. Siesta Key is a beautiful beach and area and the condo matched it.

First time on Siesta Key

Short trip but will be back! You literally do not have to drive anywhere once you park. You can walk for anything you need, food, drinks, souvenirs, supplies, etc. Short walk to the gorgeous beach. The condo was very well appointed and updated. Great hosts, 5 stars

The updates the owners made to the condo are beautiful! It’s in a great location on the island, within walking distance to many restaurants, shops, and the free shuttle. The owners were very easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again!

Vacation Paradise

Worth a repeat stay

Excellent Location.

This property was great. Namely the location, which was right on the beach (with private entrance) and close / walking-distance to just about everything someone would want to do while in Siesta Key (bars, restaurants, shopping, water-sports marina, etc.) and is right on the Siesta Breeze Trolley route to get around the rest of the island. The pool was also very nice. The unit was very clean and had plenty of clean towels (bath & beach) and bed-linens, plus contained two full bathrooms and a full kitchen with everything you would need. Beach toys/games and beach umbrellas were also provided and chairs for the beach were provided by Sea-Shell condos just outside the private beach entrance. Unit comes with one dedicated parking space. We had a great experience here during our Siesta Key vacation and would gladly book this unit again for future stays.

Spring Break 2023

This was our last spring break with a high schooler. We have been coming to Siesta Key since 1992 and then introduced our kids to the amazing destination. This condo did not disappoint. It was a fully functioning kitchen with plenty of dishes, pans, blender, mixer, coffee maker. They had plenty of beach toys and there is zero need to purchase anything. They provided beach towels. The condo was very clean and spacious! I was unable to retrieve the email with check in instructions and the owner answered immediately and walked me through the process. I would definitely stay here again!

Great stay! Spacious and comfortable beds and recliner sofas. We had a few issues that the owner took care of promptly (coffee pot not working and outlet not working in master bath) Communication was excellent with owner and he was very responsive. Thank you!

Can’t beat the location

Pleasant stay all around! The unit was clean and the location was great. Not a ton of sun at the pool due to the location and surrounding buildings but didn’t seem to bother our kids at all. Thanks for the great week!
