Excellent condo!

This was the perfect condo for me, my wife, and our 8 & 9 yo daughters. We were able to save so much money with the full kitchen and Walmart within walking distance. There’s a lot of talk about the elevator wait at this resort but it wasn’t that bad and we were here over Memorial Day weekend. We also took the stairs quite often and they weren’t too bad either. The view from the balcony is spectacular and the condo had everything that we needed!

Perfect Birthday Trip

Overall, the trip was awesome! Although we booked it during spring break week lol. Nevertheless, the condo was just as described. Tammy, the owner, was amazing and answered our messages quickly. The condo was beachfront and we loved hanging out on the balcony, eating our breakfast and listening to the waves. The kitchen was fully stocked, the bed was very comfy. And the pillows were great. She really did a great job providing all we’d need for our stay. Side note: Tammy states in her listing that oversized vehicles won’t fit in the parking garage. But the facility told us they had oversized parking spaces. So, we drove my husband’s huge truck. Well, the oversized parking spaces were all taken. (They told us there was 9, but we only counted 4-5). We spoke to the security manager to try to figure out where to park. He was extremely rude and unaccommodating. We had to park over a mile away from the condo unit and walk back. Tammy tried to help us, but there was really nothing she could do about this. So note to others: drive a small car or a truck that’s not over 6-8”. We made the best of it and did not allow it to spoil our couples getaway. The condo’s elevators are super busy so we took the stairs a lot. So, just be aware of this as well. Overall, the trip was great. We will certainly book with her again.

Great place!

We live in TX, but make sure we get our Florida panhandle fix OFTEN! Just goes without saying that the beach is beautiful, the water is beautiful, the sand is beautiful. What is NOT a given is the condition of the place you choose to stay. We have stayed in no fewer than 40 properties and they have been ranked from disappointing to exemplary and everything in between. Tammy's place is exemplary. There is nothing at all to complain about or even recommend. She has thought out every detail and each detail is stellar. The one thing that we weren't crazy about was the parking. HOWEVER, I can certainly see its merits in not having to wait for an elevator AND not having your car baking in the sun all day! (And just FYI, the numbers on the parking spaces are not sequential. Just go to the 10th floor and follow her directions.) There is just one little recommendation...if you could run a zipline from your balcony to Pineapple Willy's. That would be perfection!

Nice property, not alor within walking distance. Beach service not so great guess im spoiled from gulf shores. They just sell you the chairs and then you dont see them no more the rest of day. Take excact change i had to wait all day still no change. Othervthan that everything was great

Overall, our stay was great! The accommodations were clean and the view was nice! Communication with the host, check-in and check-out were quite easy. The only negative would have to be is that the “pool patrol” weren’t very diligent in watching for people drinking and eating 4 ft from the pool. There was quite a large number of people drinking in the pool. There were beer cans and plastic cups floating in the pool towards the end of our week long stay. It doesn’t bother me and in no way the host is responsible for this, but it wasn’t a good look for the property since there was a large number of children in the pool.

Beach and Baseball

We came to PCB for a baseball tournament but wanted a beac experience as well. This property was ideal; accommodations are excellent, several restaurants within walking distance, shopping and groceries nearby, reserved parking, and convenient to the ball parks and airport. Must stay again.

Exceeded Expectations

Everything about this condo is excellent. It was just my husband and I and it was the perfect size, location and view. The condo was very clean and comfortable. The booking and checkin process was very efficient and professional. The Owner/Manager was super responsive to any questions prior to our arrival as well as staying in communication with us via email of the checkout process. The parking was excellent. You’re able to park on your floor with reserved parking. I can’t wait to book this unit again.

The property is absolutely gorgeous it has everything you’ll need!!! Tammy always communicated with me and was always checking in with us to make sure we were satisfied! She provided everything we could’ve needed including two beach chairs and an umbrella so we didn’t need to rent them at the beach! I will definitely be coming back to this place as soon as I possibly can!!!!!

Amazing!

It's the small things for me. Of course this condo was in a beautiful resort, on a beautiful beach and was the perfect location for us but the attention to detail stood out to me and made the trip even better. Tammy's communication was stellar and she is very organized. Upon arrival, I looked through the binder that she created for tips , instructions, and recommended restaurants/activities in the area. I appreciated this because this was our first trip to PCB. She included little convenience items around the studio which came in handy for me. The kitchen was stocked with a variety of glassware, tableware and flatware, salt/pepper , a little supply of coffee and creamers for the keurig (which was very thoughtful). She also left 3 dishwasher pods, some extra garbage bags for the kitchen as well. When it came time to do laundry, she left a little tide soap travel packet which I was happy to see since I forgot to bring some. Best of all, the shower had a soap/shampoo/conditioner dispenser. We brought our own shower supplies but it was a very nice touch , I especially appreciated it because I ran out of conditioner on the trip. It takes a lot to impress me because I'm a very organized and meticulous person but I felt very comfortable and couldn't have done it better myself. I would definitely stay here again!

Hi, I'm Tammy Holden, owner & manager of #1006 Studio & Holden's Beach Rentals. Panama City Beach has always been my favorite vacation spot. I have vacationed here for over thirty years until I became a "Local" in 2017. My husband & I love living here.

I visited the Shores of Panama in 2007 when it first opened. I absolutely love the resort & dreamed of owning my own condo there. My dreams came true in 2020 with the purchase of our #425 Unit.
Unit #1006 was purchased in 2021. In 2022, I purchased a Beach Bungalow West of Pier Park.
